The customer service truly sets Dovetails apart from most other companies. Personalised messages inside the packaging is such a nice touch, as was the free stencil of my first name - such a pleasant surprise. Delivery is super quick and free. I ordered yesterday and received my paint and brushes today. I’m impressed and will definitely continue using this company. Highly recommend!

Quick overnight service with lovely note from company offering help if needed.

I generally don’t leave reviews but felt I must on this occasion. I ordered some chalk paint and the whole process was so simple and efficient, delivery also was prompt but what made it special was the personal message in my package. I will definitely be using them again every time I need more paint. Thankyou

So I'm all about the service and they didn't fail to deliver. I ordered paint one day and it arrived the next. Communication throughout and packaged really well. There was even a stencil with my name on it inside and a little note. Nice touch.
Also cheaper than b and q and no delivery charge.

Items were in stock (they were out of stock elsewhere), speedy delivery, effective but not excessive packaging with a lovely personal touch - plus an unexpected free gift. Well done Dovetails.

prompt delivery, but they continue to send spam emails via a third party and can't be contacted about it because the webpage "contact" doesn't exist. red flag.

I can honestly say that this company has provided the best customer service care that I have ever experienced. My order of Annie Sloane paint was posted out on the same day I ordered it (this shows on tracking) but seemed to get lost by royal mail along the way, the company made numerous phone calls to me and offered to post another that day if I was waiting on it, I wasn't desperate so let it play out for a few more days. The company sent a new pot of paint out for me and popped a little personalised gift in there too, along with a hand written note apologising and wishing me happy painting! What a fabulous company! Shout out to Vicky! Thank you!
