The service we received from visiting…
The service we received from visiting the store to having the carpets installed was faultless. The sales staff are very knowledgeable, it’s well worth asking for their advice.
The fitters were so helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help and make the usual upheaval less stressful.
Absolutely super service all round.

Reliable local company
We used Dovetail 20 and 10 years ago for our carpets and flooring and were very happy to use them again as they're a local company and the workmanship is excellent. any little problems are quickly sorted. I would definitely recommend this company .

We have used Dovetail for a variety of projects and yet again we are delighted with the results. More than happy to write this review.
This project was the refurbishment of a 1960s office and the floor finishes brought everything to life.

Brilliant Norfolk carpet firm
A really good experience, from our first contact, to the visit to measure and quote, to the fitting and after sales. Dovetail carpeted a bedroom - good quality and value. I would definitely recommend this local firm above the national chains.

Reliable and Skilled Flooring Services
We have recently used Dovetail Carpets flooring supply and fitting service, and we are very pleased with the overall experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
The team was knowledgeable and offered great advice on choosing the right type of lvt and carpet to suit our space and budget. The materials supplied were of high quality, and there was a good range of styles and finishes to choose from.
The fitting team arrive on time, worked diligently and paid attention to details. The final result looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Dovetial to anyone looking for reliable and skilled flooring services.
