I had a wonderful experience at thr Douglous and it was not a one off , it was several wonderful experiences over several weeks .

I had chosen my puppy a gorgeous Cavapoo but I was still waiting on work to be done at my home ready for my puppy to come home , so the douglas remained looking after my little baby for a month longer than normal so I could get things sorted & in that time I came with my best friend every week to spend time with my puppy.

The staff were great , we had no issues of when we wanted to come or how long we wanted to stay, nothing was a problem, nothing was an issue , each week we would come and bond with our puppy and then it came to finally pop picking him to come home .

He settled in very quickly, he is very sociable, he is very loving, he is very well behaved , he sleeps all through the night wiit no accidents , everyone under the sun stop us wherever we go to stroke him and say hello to him because he is so cute and adorable , he is great with dogs, with children and he has not barked once yet apart from once in his sleep .

He really is a dream , he got a clean bill of health from my own vets and it feels like he has been with me for years .

I highly recommend the Douglous , they are nice people , Neurodivergent friendly, open to anytime you want to know and will do anything to help you out or support whatever you need support with , I could not have asked for a better service and I tell everyone now who asks where I got my cute as a button cavapoo from and proudly so. This is a family run business and I am now a loyal customer and when it comes to getting another puppy or suggesting a place to someone they are always on the top of my list.

I have know idea what magic they sprinkled on my cavapoo but he is like a little angel.

If you are not sure go and visit for yourself and see.....you won't be disappointed

We lost our King Charles Cavalier, Cookie, after a wonderful 10 years with her and were lost without a dog in our lives. Douglas Hall Kennels were recommended to us by a friend and whilst some of the reviews were not positive, those from people who had purchased dogs from the kennels were extremely positive so we decided to go and have a look for ourselves.
The premises were clean and the dogs were well cared for. We fell in love with our ruby King Charles, that we have named Cooper and brought him home after he had a vet check and his first vaccinations. He is absolutely adorable and has allowed us to heal from the loss of Cookie. He is the most placid and generally well behaved puppy, and is learning commands readily. We have had check-in's from the Kennels and they encouraged us to get our own vet check for reassurance, which we did. Cooper is a healthy and very active little boy and everyone who sees him falls in love with him. We couldn't be happier.

The staff were so friendly and helpful , all the puppies were very happy and well cared for our beautiful girl Bella is a dream puppy and a joy to have!
Thank you douglas hall kennels I will definately be recommending you to anyone who is looking for their next fur baby.

From start to finish DHK were brilliant. Very welcoming and a good variety of pups. We visited twice before we chose our pup. The process was easy, having chosen we left him behind to have all the relevant checks and vaccines, collecting him later in the week. DHK have kept in touch and are always willing to answer questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy.

We recently bought our puppy at Doughlas Hall Kennels it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about animals.

The facilities were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for puppy comfort, with both indoor and outdoor play areas

When we chose our puppy, she was happy, well-groomed, ready to start her life with us. We’re so grateful to have found a place that treat puppys like family.

Douglas Hall kennels have a good selection of puppies for sale, I was unsure but found a cute Cavapoochon who has become a loving companion, from what I saw these pups are well cared for, the pens are kept clean with fresh bedding, I still want another pup soon, I will be returning to Douglas Hall with confidence of getting a dog that will be perfect for me

What lovely clean kennels.We bought our cavapoo from Douglas hall kennels and what a wonderful dog he’s turning into very friendly,clever and handsome boy we have..I could not recommend these kennel enough if you are thinking of buying a puppy.The owners are very friendly and only want the best for all there puppies..They check in with you make sure everything’s ok.They recommend you having a puppy check soon as you take the puppy home and they are always at the end of the phone if you have any problems.

We bought our beautiful Cockapoo 3 weeks ago; she came with food and great advice.
She is such a gorgeous girl with a lovely temperament; you could tell she had been well handled and well cared for.
We received a cal to see how she was settling in and a chance to ask questions etc.

Amazing service and amazing puppies available

We got this pup for my sister as her husband passed away his name is now jet and he is the best dog ever and has made my sister very happy he is doing so well she has a big back garden were he plays ever day and also has a couple of friends we took him to the vet as was told and he passed everything no worries at all he is a big bundle of joy I would like to thank Douglas Hall kennels they were fantastic from start to finish and we got the perfect dog thay were so helpfull and sorted everything out so fast was a pleasure to talk to them and get the perfect dog thank you so much I think that was the date not sure ❤️

My Basset Hound Moomin came from Douglas Hall, she’s a really happy healthy puppy, loves dogs and people. They were really flexible with pick up dates, talked me through her vaccine card and history with the vet - can’t fault the service

We got lost trying to find the kennels and Sarah actually asked our location, came out in her own vehicle. Lovely welcome from Eric with tea and biscuits after our journey. Lovely clean establishment gorgeous well looked after pups
Eric came and put fabulous chocolate and tan thoroughbred DACHSUND on my knee. She is now with us have called her Cleo and she is an absolute delight. We adore her goes in garden for wee wee and poo already.

From our initial enquiry, providing detailed information, answering questions, supporting the puppy collection, and post collection follow up, Douglas Kennels provided excellent communication and were very friendly to deal with. It was a busy Sunday when we went to Douglas Hall kennels and theee wasn’t enough staff to hand or ask questions on the day. That said, all the puppy sections were individually laid out so you are able to walk around them. All very clean and the puppies were tended to. It would have been better if the staff were able to talk about the parents and offer information about the litter. It was hectic and my paperwork was incorrect in part which meant a few follow up calls larrr that week to clarify information about the puppies. We bought two and are thoroughly happy with them. It was nice to receive a follow up call a month later. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy.

What a fab place these kennels are. Set in beautiful countryside. You are made to very welcome and all the pups look so well. We are so pleased that Douglas Hall Kennels bought our little morkie Javi into our lives.

We bought our Morkie after visiting for our first time. Staff were available at all times for any questions whilst we looked around and had some cuddles. She was vaccinated and chipped and we were provided with the paperwork on payment alongside a bag of puppy food. I took Mabel the morkie to the vets for a health check and vaccinations where she received a clean bill of health. She is a gorgeous well-mannered dog who has nothing but love for anyone. I’m so happy and would certainly recommend Douglas to anyone considering buying a puppy.
