Amazing

Fast shipping, within 3 business days, which is great. Loads of products, elegant and useable, clean webshop. Clean stores.

Received an empty box and customer support doesn't care

I ordered a package and one of the items arrived with an empty box without the product in it. I contacted customer support twice and sent pictures, but nothing happened. They didn't even try to fix it; they just asked if the package was damaged. They didn't respond to my second email and totally ignored it.

It is also impossible to call them because they disconnect the line while stating that it is a peak time. But although I attempted to reach them several times at different times (how is it peak time during the entire day?), I never had the chance to speak with anyone.

Douglas has the rudest salesperson…

Douglas has the rudest salesperson ever. Yesterday at west end I was rudely dismissed when asking for help. Vaci utca and Mamut location just as bad. I will never set foot into any of their stores. My business is going to Notino as the are just wonderful.
