They advertise next day delivery everywhere yet I could only order for the day after. Fine, that will do, the team are in on a Friday.
Did they send it for Friday? No, so with no tracking details I sent an email pre 9am to say not to send the order as it will go to waste over the weekend.
Pop into work to find that they just ignored the email as I have a royal mail email sent at 19.10 saying they have been sent.
Not only did they ignore my request, they made me waste £27.
Absolutely useless company. I'd avoid using for mail order.
