I received a quote which was OK but when I tried to contact by phone several times over a week leaving a message I did not receive any response same when emailing. what was annoying the firm had been doing work in another part of the block of flats I live in. I sent a message its putting hold on the job I need more input from the firm. From their response on Trustpilot they had read my emails and where in the building on another job but chose to ignore me. I only found out you where on site a couple of days later and you made no effort to tell of phone me. it's mutual I put it on hold because you didn't state in your quote whether the estimate included vat. also I have reservations on which kind of terminal that was specified you didn't answer the phone eve though I tried several times nor the email I sent you. I have all the copies of the email and phone calls

A company should not publish an email address if they cannot respond promptly my job was quite urgent

Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful. No call out charge. He knew exactly what was needed to repair the lock on our 17 year old double doors. Helpful, professional company at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.

Rob is a very friendly & professional person. Came along & priced the job, no call out fee, the estimate was very reasonable, he done the job to a very high standard & left everything clean & tidy. Went above & beyond what we thought he would do & explained every detail of the job..... Would have no reservations as to recommending him to anyone else who needs double glazing or repairs.

Tried calling and texting and emailing but no response. Not very good company, don’t bother.
Funny how you can reply on here but not to texts, email or phone calls. If you are away you should have notified your customers by way of a message either on your website or on your phone line. Not very good business just ignoring people is it.

Rob fitted a shattered conservatory window for us. He was efficient, punctual and responsive to enquiries and messages. Managed to get the glass early and all sorted in a matter of days. Very impressed and highly recommended.

First class service at very reasonable prices - having been let down by another window company we were very impressed with the work that Rob completed for us. We would not hesitate to use him again and can recommend him to others - he has an in depth knowledge of double glazing and the best way to approach repairs.

Complete waste of time, does not respond to calls or voicemail messages! I called & left a message last year with no response and again last week with no response. USELESS

Rob responded really quickly to an SOS call from me on a weekend to survey the damage to a glazed utility door. He submitted a quote in a really timely fashion and booked the job in within the time he had estimated. The work was carried out promptly and to a really good standard. It was a pleasure to have Rob work here. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

Rob did an excellent job repairing some lead lights and adjusting handles / hinges on our Everest windows.
