Lack of respect for the customer. Complete disappointment
EDIT: I have been apologized to and the case has been resolved to my satisfaction: I have exchanged my Wather PDP holster for a CZ Shadow 2 one. This one works like a charm - it's fitted perfectly.
Keep in mind The Q5/Walther PDP holster problably might not fit your PDP - this still holds.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought Racer-X hanger holster for my Walther PDP (Walther Q5/PDP version). It didn't fit so I contacted DAA. They told me that I must be wrong because they had sold thousands of them and no one ever complained. They offered me a "conditional" return - I would send the holster back to them (at my expense) and they would "verify" (What? Whether I'm lying?) and if it was ok they would send it back to me (at my expense). Complete lack of respect for a customer that had left near to a thousand euro with them. Given this "offer" I thought that maybe the printing went slightly wrong and that some polishing would do. So I took my miller and did some adjustments. It turned out that THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY FOR A PDP TO FIT THIS HOLSTER! The dimensions are COMPLETELY WRONG!
Two key takeaways from this review for you customer: 1) if you have a problem with their product you will be mistreated and ignored 2) Racer-X DOES NOT FIT WALTHER PDP! I'm left with an almost 200EUR piece of junk. I'm sad and completely dissapointed. I thought DAA was a serious world-class IPSC gear supplier, sadly it turns out otherwise.
I tried to place this review in their store, but it does not show up and Racer-X has a rating of 10/10 there so I'll leave the comment here to warn others.

Regarding your concern, we typically advise customers to contact Dillon directly for replacement parts as they handle warranty claims and have the necessary inventory. Unfortunately, we do not stock separate replacement parts ourselves.
We are a web shop and sell what we get in
To answer your question, the warranty on the Dillon 750 press is provided directly by Dillon Precision. For exact details on the warranty period and coverage, I recommend reaching out to Dillon's customer support.
For what we know they give life time warranty on their products
Used product with missing parts sold as new
Update: DAA resolved the issue after a lot of conversation to my full satisfaction. Though I wish it wouldn't have been such a fight.
----
My recent purchase experience with DAA for a reloading press priced at over 4000 € left me disheartened. Upon delivery, it was evident that the equipment had been previously used, a fact reluctantly acknowledged by DAA after my inquiry. Their explanation was that it had been used for a photo shoot. However, rather than offering a replacement, they cited higher costs as a deterrent.
What compounded the disappointment was the substitution of parts made in the USA with ones manufactured in Poland, significantly affecting the equipment's performance. Moreover, a critical component, the powder dropper, was rendered unusable due to a missing link arm. Additionally, noticeable scratches on several parts indicated prior assembly or handling.
While I understand that issues may arise, prompt resolution is crucial. What troubled me most was the sense of deception from the company's owner. A mere explanation about the assembly for a photo shoot doesn't justify intentional part replacements, especially without notifying the customer that they were purchasing an exhibition model. At such a premium price, I anticipated receiving a product in impeccable condition.
Regrettably, it appears that finding a resolution may necessitate legal intervention, as the current situation offers no clear path forward.
Update:
Many emails later, DAA agreed to send a replacement.

Super service on the web shop.
Rather arrogant treatment if you visit booth at competition, but super and extremely swift service when you deal on the web-site.
Thumbs up for Rob Trip who takes your enquiries seriously and deals with them swiftly.
High five to Rob.
