Scam artists and won’t refund even if your not happy
Tried to get a refund cannot get to anyone with authority to do so
They have said it’s shipped already within a few hours ???
That the products now have to arrive then be sent back then what ?? Will they refund me or not who knows contacted my bank to do a dispute .
Bought through a consultant who used the wholesale page and this person has also been rude saying now there’s a wuiestion of a refund that’s there talks with me will now be an additional £70
Shocking and scary how this company can just take card details and use them insecurely threw agents but not return your money

Great products but poor customer service. Tobias was not trying to help with my order at all. Lead time is super long.

Overall the products themselves are great. But the price is unreal. Unfortunately many will feel that that's the price you pay for your health, but in actual fact, it's the price you pay for your uplines and keeping a creaky pyramid above and below you. As with all MLMs, the price you pay for the product are highly inflated. Unfortunately for me, although I love the quality of the oils, the actual ethics of this company make it hard for me to ever buy from them again. I have went elsewhere and found the same quality and at a much more affordable price.

Love the company, the products, and the mentality. I use them for over 5 +years now and will never change the company. Every time I used oil it helped me.
I was a customer first, I have tested and retested all of the oils and only decided to do the business 1 year ago I am a walking example they are working for me and my family. All the time I give my example and my experience and people are happy and trust me. Definitely recommend this company.

This company is too expensive. Just because the oils are pure does not mean they have to be that expensive. It's because there are middle men & women. There are companies out there that have the same quality and purity for less. To push that isn't true is very much a turn off and wrong.

I’m a bartender and server at the Marriott…. EVERY year these women, come into town and are LEGIT Thea worst tippers EVER! Stop being pieces of trash and tip the people who serve you what they deserve! Had a table tonight who’s bill was 97.64 and they legit left me $3. What in the hell is that…. Really hate these people and will not serve them when they are in town ..

I joined Doterra as a Wellness Advocate in April 2021. I will never ever regret making this decision as it has completely changed my life in million aspects.

I just joined to this Company as a Wellness Advocate and I get lots of support from them. Compare to other companies doTERRA really looking after their people and customers.

I was diagnosed with arthritic knees last August. My bones were rubbing together, the pain was excruciating.
I'm really happy to report that things have settled down now.
I have not taken any painkillers at all prescribed or otherwise. The only thing I have used are doTERRA oils to control my pain. The results are amazing.

These life-changing products have helped me and my family manage our health naturally especially during the past year. We enjoyed the products so much that we joined to take advantage of discounted prices and the opportunity to get free products.

I suffer from extreme sinus pain. The other day it was so bad, my head felt like it was about to explode and almost called an ambulance as I thought I would pass out. I placed a tiny drop of Cypress oil on the tip of a cotton bud and inserted it all the way up my nose for 3-4 seconds then removed. I do not recommend people do this. It was so strong I thought I would die from the Cypress instead of the sinus yet within 60 seconds this powerful little
oil got rid of the extreme pain. I could feel it go around my nasal passages immediately and basically wiped out the bacteria that caused this. And I could feel the pain go away from my neck. Bravo! What an Accomplishment of the highest order!! How amazing!! If you want to do this, try to dilute with coconut oil as what I did was rather extreme.

I knew nothing about Essential oils before coming across doTERRA.

Now I have swapped out the medicine cabinet and got rid of the chemical-laden cleaners from the out, replacing them with effective, natural alternatives. Essential oils have become part of our everyday routine and the whole family feels great for it. We spend less time sick, have more energy.

The doTERRA community is also awesome. We have made so many friends. Everyone is really supportive.

We feel that we are doing our bit too, as doTERRA supports the farmers who produce the oils and has its own "Healing Hands" charity which is does so much good through.

An amazing company with the best oils and amazing customer service. On the very rare occasion I had a problem then it is quickly resolved.

doTERRA is the best thing that ever happened to me.

Normally i would say, that the service is great and the produckts even better. But i experienced an issue, when i in december 2020 ordered a Christmas gift for my mum. An concule oil to $49.33, and got an email about it had been delivered in another island in my contry. So i wote to them about it, and i got in contact with doterra service. I told them, that the pacaked had been delivered wrongly and i send them some schreensjots of my order and the delivery address. And so they said that, my order could get reshipped, to my actual location, when they had gathered all the informations about my shipment and what had gone wrong. I thanked them and never heard about it again and i just simply don't know what to do. But i would either like my oil sent to my actual addres or my money back!
But I hope they will write back and we can short this out.

I have been on the customer loyalty scheme for nearly a year. I signed up to support a friend who is a Wellness Advocate for the company and initially I was impressed by how the company treats the farmers and by the projects they are involved with. The oils are very good quality, however I would avoid the blends, as it is difficult to know what they are like beforehand. I asked for a return on a blend that genuinely made me feel sick. I have sent three emails and no response. So, I am stuck with a bottle of an oil blend that cost about £40 that is of no use to me. I am honestly really disappointed by the lack of response. I so much wanted to be positive about Do Terra but my experience is not good. I have also have been shocked at the amount of packaging they use. The website is also rather difficult to use. I will find a UK source for my oils from now on.

Amazing essential oils and company , proud to be a member for 3 and a half years

I have been a loyalty rewards member for years and have spent a lot of money on dotters products. I usually recommend them to all my friends. After today I will not. It’s a good thing the oils are of high quality, because customer service is horrible. I bought a dawn humidifier/diffuser and it stopped working two weeks ago. It’s less than a year old (second product this has happened with from them). I called today and the resolution was: A. We will give you $25. The diffused costed $48 or B) send it back (I don’t have a box anymore. I feel that for all the money I have spent oVer the years (a lot), they should have just sent a new one. They lost a customer today.

Changed mine and my family life for the better! Love the purity of the products.

Excellent customer service, I can not fault them, always extremely helpful anytime I have phoned, what a fantastic service. I also love the quality of the oils I had not experienced such purity and potency before I tried doTERRA. I only want to use the best products for me and my family and I have found this in DoTERRA.
