I am very sorry that you have not received your order yet.
As already explained in our e-mail correspondence, DHL informed us that the shipment was lost. You can also track it in your shipment tracking that the order is no longer tracked. Immediately after receiving the information, we arranged for a replacement delivery, which will soon leave our warehouse.
Our other TrustPilot reviews show that we are not a "fake shop".

Good company, we just chose wrong thing. They have a 30 day no quibble return. I am happy to pay returns but just need a confirmation address for return which seems to be taking a while to come through.

An amazing birthday present!
