The company is a scam
The company is a scam. I have had one response to serval emails. Incorrect tracking information. Value sent nearly £ 300. Reporting as fraud to my bank and will push for their business account be be closed for this. I can see I am not the only one

Can’t attach it to the wall right away
More than perfect customer support, fast shipping, proper packaging, the certificate is quality made… everything looked perfect until i decided to put it on the wall… there werent any strap hangers on the back of the frame. This really disappointed me because now i need to drive to some places to buy hangers…whatt??? Like come on guys this isnt going to ruin your margins (i didnt rate 3stars just because i dont want to ruin your good reputation but i think you deserve it) The product is actually kinda useless when you cant put in in the wall

I hesitated to order a frame on the internet, it's always complicated and difficult to see the painting as you wish.!!!
