Best service EVER!
I've never had such an excellent customer service before! For some logistical reason, the carrier (PostNord) had divided my order into three separate parcels and I had not received text messages (emails came through though) for the separation of the parcels. They arrived into different locations under different shipping codes, so unfortunately one of the parcels were returned back to Dormy. After realizing that the biggest parcel did not contain all of the ordered goods, I immediately contacted their customer service by phone and right away, Oskar promised me that once the returned parcel arrived back to their warehouse, they would immediately revert it back to me and all this without any additional costs! Within 10 minutes, I had received the shipping codes by email and he had arranged everything back to order. I'm so happy with their service that I'll definitely use only their service for any upgrades of my golf gear in the future. This was also my first experience and came out as a solid 5/5 stars. This customer service representative definitely acted as the faces of the company and made sure that I'll promote them to all my golfer friends during this summer. THANK YOU!

Ordered a set of irons. After 12 days I enquired about the delivery and was told by three different customer service employees on three different days that they would contact their logisitcs partner and let me know. After not hearing back I got an Email 16 days after I placed my order saying that the item is out of stock. They did not even have the decency to apologize
