Treating customers like s.... I booked an appartement on booking.com precising that I have dogs, which from the description in the website is authorised, and obviously one the reason for chosing this place. They confirmed the reservation and even asked for other informations. The day before the start of the stay, they cancelled saying this due to the dogs. If they do not want dog, they should not disclose on booking.com that they do. Kind of liers. Result, we had to find last moment a place to stay with kids and dogs , with only a few costly options available. Very poor client experience.
