I like the product but not the payment plan
I like the product. But, I don't like the contious pre approval transactions on my credit card every month. Its unprofessional and unnecessary and causes a major inconvenience.

Wonderful product
Very easy to complete order. Received the order very timely. Mattress top was packaged in a solid box and triple wrapped in bubble wrap so it arrived in perfect condition. The mattress top rolled out to its full length and was a perfect fit on my mattress. It is so comfortable. It’s like sleeping on a cloud but very supportive. I love it❤️❤️

We love our Dormeo bed topper
We love our Dormeo bed topper , we bought it to put on our 15 year old mattress, but realised our mattress was to far gone so we got a new firm mattress and put it on that . Still love it been using it 3 months so far .It is absolutely amazing try it you won’t be sorry

I like how I have good support but I do not like how sweaty I get at night. I thought about telling my family about the product but I want to wait as last night I did not feel the support like I have in the past weeks.
I purchased two jumbo pillows for myself and husband. I woke up sweating last night as well as my husband did (not every night, but I did not expect to sweat at all). I told him one of the reasons I purchased it was because it states how cool you will sleep at night time.

Great mattress topper

I am now beginning to feel like the topper is not really helping, not because it's a bad topper but because my back and hips are so bad. I would recommend this topper to anyone thinking about a topper. The process from purchase to delivery was excellent.

I dislike the customer service because I had bought the wrong size and I went on to order the correct size and they gave me a hassle about returning the wrong size even though it was not opened because I knew I was going to return it.So Im still stuck with it.this has been a month.
