This topper helped my aching bones a little but not completely. This one gets a fair review from me. For the price I paid I think it has overpriced but that is just my opinion. I wish I would have invested in a new mattress I stead.

The product is defective and I can't get any help.

This has been a very definite improvement over our current mattress alone. We tried to deal with our Stearns Foster people -- trying to get them to honor the 10 YEAR WARRANTY. It is only 8 years old and has been saggy for two years already. They said our snapshots were not BAD ENOUGH, so they did nothing. Dormeo has improved our sleep and comfort. Thank you!!!

Our mattress was getting old and we were sinking too far into it. We love the Dormeo topper. We have slept so much better what a game changer.

I had back pain trying to find something that would help and my new mattress topper has help with that and I love my new pillow. Thank you

Had trouble getting out of bed most mornings

I had one years ago, it was over 10 years old. I decided to purchase a new mattress and just didn't want to spend that much for a new one. I bought a mattress from Home Depot and it was not at all comfortable. I didn't sleep well at all! So after months I realized why I couldn't sleep, I looked up Dormeo and decided to bite the bullet and spend the money. I have slept well since then. I love my mattress 😌

My Dormeo was the wrong size, and I try to speak to someone for help I never got a call back from the help service I call many times I send e-mail Canceling my order I never got a call back nether ;( really bad service .

I get more sleep it's hard getting out of bed I love it I wish I'd ordered sooner

I was told that I can try out pillows and if not satisfied, I can return them, this isn’t the case, on recent phone call the this company, I told the customer service rep, that I was no satisfied with the pillows, she stated that the company doesn’t take back opened merchandise, and if I want a refund, that I would have to donate to a stooge and send a copy of the receipt, this was not told to me when I ordered, had I known this up front, I would not have tried out the pillows, I’m wanting a fell refund of the pillows, because this was NEVER told to me, and the pillows are very pricey, $80 per pillow, I should have been told up front that if the merchandise is opened, it can not be returned, so how are you supposed to try out the product it you can not open it. The person was friendly and gave me her name in the begining.The product was described completely,she helped me to understand if I had question and also helped me understand the payment plan!! You are lucky to have such a great staff member!!

To Hard Just like laying on The Floor.They Took 44 Dollars From My Refund And I Don't know Why.You Charge To Much For A Hard Topper Like That.It Really Hurt My Feelings.

We have not had this item long enough to evaluate, so far not much difference, but my understanding is that it will take some time to get the full benefits from this mattress top.

I use a firm mattress for spinal alignment support but needed pressure relief for side sleeping. This offered the perfect combination of support and relief when used with my firm mattress.

Ordering process was easy as was unboxing the topper and getting it on the bed. While it hasn’t been the miracle I was hoping for I may just have to admit it’s time for a new mattress. I definitely get a more comfortable nights sleep but I see a new mattress in my future.

I can't believe I waited so long before purchasing a topper. The Dormeo topper completely elevated my sleeping experience. Now I feel like I am sleeping in a 5-star hotel bed! I sleep more soundly, less tossing and turning, and I feel more rested.
