I am happy with most of the items, especially the comforter and bed sheets. Shipping was super fast and being able to order everything at once made my arrival on campus much easier. However, the cutlery looks cheap and the knives and forks are already bent after only one week of use. The quality of the towels' material is not good either, and they are already starting to fray.

My daughter received the boxes in a timely manner. They are currently on route to our home. This is a great service for students going to college in a state fairly far from their home state.

Communication was bad. I talked to someone about getting a partial refund because a coupon code came out right after I ordered. She said I would be credited the difference… still waiting!!

On a different note: Quality of bedding was sub par! Won’t be recommending bedding to anyone

Ordered Permco shelving and add on unit. Those are great. I highly recommend for a dorm room. Ordered shower shoes -those were awful, completely mis-sized on website (ordered my son's shoe size and what we received was made for a giant). Don't order the shower shoes!! Had to return (and yes, pay for shipping) and am waiting for my refund. Unhappy that Dormco charges incorrect sales tax. Their accounting department is apparently so uneducated about, at least Ohio's, tax regulations that they charge one sales tax rate no matter what. Ohio has different tax rates per County and I was overcharged. Then they argued with me about it even though I sent County Tax Tables. Never received refund for the overcharge. Would make me think twice about ordering from them again. Half tempted to file a report with BBB.

My daughter has two roommates. The night stand was the perfect height And did not take up too much space

I ordered 2 bed skirts but only received one portion of the the 3 portion skirts.

Ordering was easy but the product is poor quality
