Received three crinkle bedskirt pieces not crinkled like photo and one had bug smashed into fabric

Buyer Beware! If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. I ordered a headboard based on the delivery information listed on the company’s website. After placing the order, I was informed the shipping cost would nearly equal the price of the product in order to receive it in the promised timeframe which was 3 business days.

Customer service offered a minimal discount and refused to take responsibility for the misleading information. I was also told I’d have to pay for return shipping, even though the issue was due to their inaccurate listing.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I would caution others to verify all shipping details before purchasing.

The original order was delayed and the DormCo team immediately shipped me a replacement that showed up super fast. And it's a great product.

I ordered two Pink Iron Brick Trunks with a couple of padlocks. I got the trunks in about 2 days. The only thing missing was the padlocks. I contacted customer service and I received the missing padlocks in about a week. Customer service was amazing! I would definitely be ordering from them again.

I received the foot locker but it had a dent on the top edge

The large black shelf liner came broken, but I didn't open the package in time to return.

I found exactly what I was looking for. I do wish the poles extended a little higher b/c colleges allow a 4.0 cu refrigerator now so it really wasn't tall enough to allow for 2 shelves.

The quality of some of the items is poor and website is outdated. Return shipping cost is 100% customer responsibility (my fault for not being aware or would not have ordered; I'm stuck w/ the cost of the heavier items that didn't work out & are too expensive to pay return shipping). Customer service was responsive, but won't be ordering from DormCo again. Much better experience with Dormify.

Great dorm kit and a speedy delivery

The site is easier to use. It's cheaper to shop here than on Amazon and I did look at a lot of different options. This shelf is easy to put up. I put it up by myself, a tip I used was to lay it sideways and build it and then stand it up. It's super cute! My mini fridge, microwave, air fryer and rice pot all fit comfortably on the shelves and I even had space for a top shelf. I got the wooden shelf liners and they fit on the shelf perfect. I would recommend.

it got delivered very quickly and not damaged and worked really well in my dorm

The product was just as described and works perfectly in my son's dorm room. We watched an example video several times to put together correctly which was very simple once we understood the assignment.
