The silk masks are so soft, You Can sleep in compleet darkness( I’m a nurse who works night shifts so) and the coolness the mask brings to my face… SUPER♥️
I also have the cooling pillowcases also great as wel.and if you follow the laundry instructies they stay cool every time.

Such cute pj's, true to size and very soft.
I have since made a couple more orders for a different style of pj's and the silk pillow cases which are so silky and smooth, and I love the invisible zip closure.
Customer service has also been great to deal with.

First off the material was not soft at all. I have tried to return it and just get the run around from the company. I even paid for the return label and they will not give it to me. There is no contact information and they will never let you return a product. I got scammed by this company and I pray people read this and save them self the money, dishonesty from this company and the frustration of feeling helpless. This company is dishonest and want to steal your money.

Overall, I’m happy with my experience and I really like the concept and design of the products.
However, I was disappointed with the scrunchies, as they already showed defects and the elastic became loose after around two weeks of use. I also noticed some quality issues with one of the night products.
That being said, the support team was helpful and tried to find fair solutions. I hope the products will improve in quality over time, because the overall idea behind the brand is really nice.

According to my wife, the product fits her so well and is incredibly comfortable. The sensation is awesome. When she tested it, she did not want to take it off and kept it the whole day. She washed it during the night and wore it back the following day. The design, pattern and material are truly great.

Amazingly soft PJs
Great, quick service. Ordered the Long Tencel PJ Set for Mother's Day. It is so soft. And my wife has not been too cold or too hot, so really helps with regulating the temperature. So she is very happy with it.

return policy is not transparant; its impossible to just change a size (you have to pay shipping 3 times.... with the original order, for the return order and for the new size)
pricing is not transparant, you get offers but when you try to proceed with that offer you get an error. Customer service is polite and response is quick, but they do not offer any solution.
Actually wondering if this is all legal... feels like a scam

No tracking after 2 weeks
Pretty disappointed, paid for express and 2 weeks later still no tracking updates. Contacted staff several times and they said it’s been processed in the country of origin, I asked how they knew that and they said from the tracking number, so I requested the tracking and still shows as no tracking events, so where are they pulling this info from? Then today 17 days after I ordered, it says it’s been picked up from their warehouse??? So what was that BS about it being processed in the country destination? ….
