I ordered 6 pairs of shoes for these people back in March. It is now August 25 and still nothing. I email these people almost everyday. I never hear back and if I do it’s the same message as if they just keep sending me the same message over and over again. This is a scam they got me for almost 200 dollars. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS SPREAD THE WORDDDDDD!!!!!!! Don’t be their next victim.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them in April I spent 150$ and never received my items I would recommend that You not spend your money this sit is a scam I don’t understand if it’s so many scam on this website how are they still open and running business who is allowing then to scam... I sent so many email trying to fix the issue but I never got a reply back NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SIT.... the will still your money and never give you your item.. and I do understand that it’s that the store is not based in the states but I also know it doesn’t take almost 6 months to deliver and this review is saying that the company will see it... no it won’t because this is the same email address I’ve been sending message to and they never respond so I believe that is a lie too

Fatal services, very bad. I placed my order and three mounths passed without receiving it. They never sent it.Thank to pay pali was able to get my money back.

I order some sneakers size 10 it took 3months for the sneakers to come and they send a size 5 in a child and there is no way I can return them I am very upset

I ordered a life like baby doll I paid $169 What I received was disgusting it was nothing like the picture and not worth anything. I have contacted Pay Pal and am now waiting.

Ordered a 22" all silicone real life baby doll for my daughter on 6th April, it cost $110 all in, it has just arrived today and had to pay an extra £11.80 import duty to add salt to the wound. This company is a scam! Avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered shoes April 17, 2020 and NOTHING! No shoes. No refund. Nothing.

I ordered shoes a few months ago no shoes no tracking number or anything I requested a refund from them several times and only thing they wrote me back saying not to worry my shoes were on the way.... I guess u know.... no shoes came after 3months or so.... so I went throughmy bank n got a refund like 2days ago...

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I ordered 5 pairs of sandals 5/1/2020, and i have yet to receive 1 pair. This is site is obviously a scam. Im going to request a refund through PayPal

i ordered two dolls from this company that said they real life, that was back in march and still nothing i put in a dispute with paypal that is still ongoing, then i received a doll the size of my hand that does not even move, and that cost me £65.99. i dont think so i will be getting my money back one way or another this company disgusting stay away and dont buy from them.

anyone buying through paypal open a case for dispute the more people do this the more paypal should shut them down

I bought a rebirth doll from this company of Facebook on April 24, 2020 and I still haven’t received my item. I looked up the company name on the web, it said the company doesn’t exist. What the F. I spent $78.99 on the doll. That’s a lot of money when your on Social Security Disability and you only get paid once a month. This company oh whoever sponsors these bogus sites on Facebook need to be shut down. The name of the company is called: Panikia. I have no clue who they are. Then you have this messed up email that takes you no where. I want my merchandise or my money back. I tried to call PayPal and they hung up on me. I have insurance to protect my transactions through PayPal. Which is good. Some way or another, I will get my money back.

I placed a ordered on 4/24/2020 I have yet to receive nothing. I spent 300 on sandals and heels off this site to get robbed out of my money I'm so disappointed. Don't order off this site completely a SCAM IM REALLY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO CATCH THESE PEOPLE. I would give 0 starts

I ordered shoes with this company 4/24/20 and still haven’t received anything not to mention I reached out and was told that they can’t pull up my order with my email address the same email address used that they sent emails to regarding my order. I just sent everything and I’m waiting for a response. About time I receive my sandals summer will be over. I wouldn’t recommend this website.

Absolutely the worse experience!!! Ordered 4 pair of shoes 4/9/20 and just received the 2nd pair of shoes 6/29/20 and the order is saying they all were delivered. The second pair of shoes is NOT the color I ordered and I’ve tried reaching out to them several times with no response... I feel this should be illegal & I’m confused as to how they can still operate and do fake business. Now I’m in the process of going back and forth with PayPal... a huge inconvenience and waste of my time!!!!!

Horrible!! They got the right one! Ordered in early April, contacted bout 3 weeks in, given tracking number, didn't work! Good thing I thought about the purchase. I went through PayPal & the tracking app. 2 of the 4 pair arrived when I contacted PayPal & them again, today. So ugly, not even something I would wear, oh & 1 is the wrong size!! I'm more pissed off about not getting what I ordered. Yeah, the time is horrible(covid-19), I really wanted those shoes, now if I can find the same ones or similar they may cost more! Lesson learned, never again!

I ordered three pair of sandals early April and have not received anything. Sent emails then I received an email with two tracking numbers Over a month ago they show my order is in two different parts of China. I go to their page to contact customer support and the page is gone. This is a scam do not order
