I've ask for help through their Facebook Messenger option. I've talked to an agency RIGHT AWAY, and he/she didn't hesitate on giving me an extremely helpful solution. It was fast, and the solution I've got was even better than the one I proposed. Trully, there are few companies that have a customer satisfaction service that are worth writing a review for, but this service deserves every minute I'm writing this. Overall, the true recommendation from a customer is hard and expensive to get, but, at the end, the only thing you can do as a company, is to RESOLVE your customer's problem. Something hard to find this days. Congratulations, Dope Snow for accomplish something so difficult to find.
Anyways. To conclude, my experience with Dope Snow was 5/5.

Bought a snow coat as a gift. Unfortunately, my father in law had bought the same one from the birthday Wishlist.
When speaking to the team via the “chat” option on the website, they responded straight away to cancel the order and issue a refund.
I will 100% check if there is something else I can get from this website instead.

I got some nomad outdoor trousers and they are as good as always.
I have had a pair for over 5 years now and I've abused them! but side by side with the pair, they look no different!
I would highly recommend these for relaxing, adventuring, working in, anything really. The quality is outstanding and they last for what seems ever.

I deliberated for weeks about buying a new jacket for my impending ski holiday as £178 was a lot out of my budget, but boy am I glad I did! It was so lightweight and comfortable, roomy enough to move, but not so big it looked like a sack, it even has a drawstring to nip it in round the back for a more feminine look. Just the right amount of pockets, I especially liked the hidden inner zip which was perfect for my phone. I bought the Adept W in Vivid Purple as it's my favourite colour and it's so bright, just perfect. I bought a size Small, I'm usually a size 10. We went skiing in April so the weather wasn't too cold and the jacket insulation was perfect. I think with layering underneath it will also be fine in very cold conditions. The jacket also has underarm zips which is a must for me to keep cool when needed. My only complaint, for want of a better word, is that it would have been nice to have a goggle cloth attached inside as I have had with other jackets, but not really a big deal. The company contacted me to check that I was happy with my purchase, great customer service, would highly recommend this company for their quality, style and service. We are planning next year's holiday already and I will definitely be buying more goods from Dope Snow.

The most amazing customer experience I have ever had with any company! My son bought a great ski jacket and the pocket zipper broke. I sent them an email asking how to fix it and they immediately responded that they would pay to repair it or I can exchange it for a new jacket. They responded immediately, took care of me, it was seamless, effortless and the best experience I have ever had with any company. I will buy everything I need from them, the quality is fantastic, stylish and flattering, and the fit is great. I highly recommend this store to everyone!!!!

I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service as I did with DOPE! They respond instantly, shipping was super fast, and when I accidentally received trousers instead of a jacket, they let me keep the trousers as a gift — and the correct jacket arrived the very next day. I had a great experience with Dope. It was my first time ordering, so I wasn’t sure about their sizing. For that reason, I ordered a few pairs of snowboarding bib pants and two tops to try. I placed my order a week before my trip and selected expedited delivery.
I saw many comments mentioning poor communication and late delivery, so I was a bit worried. However, it arrived exactly on the expected day. I also wasn’t sure about the quality of the clothes, so I took my old pair of pants with me just in case, but I never took them out of the bag. The quality is amazing—they are warm, completely waterproof, and incredibly comfortable. The top is also great.
The only thing that concerned me slightly was the return process. I sent the package back via UPS, and it was supposed to be delivered a week later on a Wednesday. When Wednesday came, I didn’t receive any confirmation that the item had been received. I checked UPS towards the end of the day, and the status showed that it had, in fact, been delivered. Normally, businesses send a confirmation email when a return is received and being processed by the warehouse.
I decided to wait a couple of days, but I still didn’t get any confirmation messages. As I started to worry, I reached out to customer support. They responded quickly, reassured me that the items had been received and were being processed, and informed me that I should expect a refund early the following week. That’s exactly what happened, so overall, my experience was great, and I will definitely buy from them again.
The only advice I would give to the business is to consider adding an extra touchpoint in the return process—a simple confirmation message when they receive a returned item would go a long way in reassuring customers.

Ordered the Iconic Snowboard pants, sz.L in Khaki, for my son. There was a delay in shipping that ended up being a postal service issue, but Dope was immediately responsive in assisting in tracking down my order. Once we received the pants, my son went up on the mountain and absolutely loved them! The staff then reached out to follow up and confirm we received the order and that all was good! I can’t recommend Dope Snow more! They are a fantastic company.

I recently bought a second pair of pants from them. On my first trip they got damaged. When I contacted they didn’t care if it was my fault, they offered to exchange it and fix the other pair. It all was super prompt and it was always nice and polite communication. I’m a repeat customer but now even more loyal.

Haven’t gotten my package yet. But DHL was giving me a hard time delivering my package and I wasn’t able to pick up the package, now they’re holding the package for 5 days (at a location not near me so I can’t pick it up) and then returning it to sender. Contacted dope snow and told them my situation, I wanted the suit for a small trip this weekend, but mainly for the bigger trip in 2 weeks. Damien was super help and shipped a whole new order to me through a different company so I’m still able to get my purchase before our big trip.
If the shipping company worked i would have had my package within a few days ordering so dope is great, but bad delivery company

I bought a Blizzard jacket for our annual winter Christmas snowboard trip . Absolutely perfect even when the temps were sub zero I just needed to layer up , a base layer and micro fleece did the job.
When the sun came out it was just the base layer.
Great fit and easy to move around in plus apparently looks quite cool according to my teenager 😂

Had this jacket for the last three years. Most reviews are done when it's new. We'll I used this jacket on many cold, rainy and snowy days, I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by its quality and still looking like new after all this time.
Pros: I like the fit, plenty of pockets, the outside is made of good quality, it has been waterproof over all this time, nothing has broken yet, even though I'm usually quite rough on equipment and such.
Cons: really not much,.... could be lighter built (it's not the lightest jacket) and for its heavyness could be a touch warmer on very cold days.

I ordered a pair of snowboard pants a week before my trip. It was promised to be a 1-2 day delivery, which was perfect. However, days went by with no updates, at last I received a message saying the pants had been handed over to the shipping company. Days went on, and still nothing happened. I called the shipping company, and they confirmed that the package hadn’t even been handed over by Dope Snow yet.
I contacted Dope Snow and spoke with a friendly employee who promised to send a new pair of pants with express delivery. Great, I thought, I won’t have to go skiing without pants. But then nothing again.
I reached out to Dope Snow once more via chat and kindly asked for more information about my delivery. This time, I spoke with Maria from customer support. Throughout the conversation, I was humble and made sure to explain that I understood I had ordered late and that it was partly my responsibility. First, she told me that they don’t even have express delivery for the second package as promised. I asked her more questions what could have happened to my packages, and she started spitting out phrases like:
"Don’t you think it’s generous that we’ve sent you a new package?!"
"I’ve lived in Sweden my whole life, worked here for 9 years, and I have a pretty good understanding of Postnord and how we operate."
"It’s annoying that I have to say all this for you to believe me."
"But come on, I just said that it’s not even ten o'clock yet!"
"But come on, what do you mean by 'hope'? I’m a little sad you think I’m sitting here lying, hehe."
I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this with customer service before. Completely unreal! I downloaded the entire chat conversation to make sure this actually happened. So yeah, if you want to be belittled, humiliated, and severely questioned, then go ahead and ask to speak with Maria at Dope Snow.
