I ordered a Tiffany and Company basketball over three months ago and still have yet to receive my product. I contacted them multiple times via email and no response, when I try to call the phone number and the phone number is out of service. This is all a scam do not order from them ever, it is a waste of your money I had to put in a claim to my credit card and hope to get my money back

Ordered a phone case five months ago that I never received. I emailed multiple times about it and they even said they’d help me get it figured out but months went by and eventually they started ignoring my emails.

I placed my 1st order through Klarna which lead me to believe a legit site. I then placed several more orders from a credit card and my bank card. Tracking numbers show items delivered in 3 different states than where I live. I continued getting run around through e-mail asking for order and tracking numbers which I provided multiple times. Never got any answers just new email on same thread with different names responding. I finally said I felt scammed and they should have my tracking numbers since they originally provided them??? I got a VERY unprofessional email calling me “The Perfect One” and informing me they don’t appreciate me notifying my financial institution because they have to get a lawyer involved. After I said once I receive my merchandise I’ll notify my financial institutions that the problems are resolved or they need to give me a refund they quit responding. 100% SCAM and this company should be shut down and at very least taken off Klarna!

Absolute scam, purchased two porcelain bulldogs and they never arrived. After reaching out several times, someone finally emailed me back only to say they were "at customs" these were for a christmas delivery. Now its March and still nothing has arrived.

I purchased several items from this website two weeks before Christmas. The first issue was that no where did it state that the items were being shipped from China and would take weeks to arrive. While disappointed that they never arrived before Christmas, I have teenagers and I simply told them part of their gifts would come soon. Once I did get my order on January 8th, one of the items (a phone case) was in the package but the other three items I ordered (three sneaker carry bags) were not included. I have been emailing the company asking where my other items are (since I was charged for them) and was told they would get back to me. They never did. I have yet to hear from them about resending the missing items or refunding my money. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order over a month ago for $105. I’ve emailed numerous times they kept telling me that they’re looking into and now they won’t respond and won’t refund me my money. This company is a scam stay far away!!!

Placed in order it never arrived after several emails they stopped responding. I think they are a scam. I requested a refund and have not heard anything cents.

0 stars such a scam wont answer emails and i ordered from them 2 weeks ago!! No worries tho! I will dispute the charge with my bank and if you have the same problem i suggest you do the same! Don’t let them get away with your money!!!

Company is a scam. I never received the item I purchased. Literally just stole my money. Wont respond or issue a refund.

This company will take your money. They charge for protection from route.com which is also a scam. I spent 173.54 for an item I never received and they will not refund the money. They send you in circles for months and keep asking again for your info, etc.
Stay far away. Their address is a apartment not a store.
