We wanted to update you that prescriptions are sent to our partner pharmacy by default which is mentioned in our approval email. We understand this may not have been clear and apologize for any confusion.

Regarding the medication, your prescription was initially issued for Ozempic based on the assessment and prescriber's clinical judgment. If you prefer generic semaglutide, our team is happy to assist with reviewing available options. We apologize if the process for requesting this change was not communicated clearly.
