The item we purchased was delivered on time, but was broken. The company return it with no questions asked. Good company to work with.

Bought the wrong size door insert and they exchanged it immediately.Couldnt find an insert to replace a window door.They were the only ones that had it.

You offered a black half-light vent for my exterior door. It would be perfect if it was black on the inside also! It fit nice and I am happy.

I recieve door ok , on time box looked good. But I tried to latch window open discovered both side notches broken, won't stay open. Plastic not good quality improve. Better material to latch open sliding window ok thanks

They sent me a broken window. It looked like it had been repaired before because the screws along the frame were all stripped. It looked like someone had taken it apart before. The window would not latch in the open position.

Found what I needed easily, package came in ten days (including weekend) without any damage and all the things I needed to complete the job. Window fit as expected and looks good as well. would order from them again.

I usually don't write reviews unless I'm excited about a purchase or had a terrible experience. With door lite depot, everything went exactly as I expected it to. I had a minor change to the order and it was accommodated. Door arrived well packed and looks amazing after it was installed. Way better than any box store options. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this business because my door would not look as good and definitely would have cost more for something I would have reluctantly gone with at a box store. Great selection and pricing, you can't go wrong. Although I recently realized pricing went up. 😞

I am very happy with my purchase! I enjoyed the drive to Mississauga to pick it up. I was very happy to see a factory where people are actually making windows. The only downside of this whole experience is there’s no sign in front of the Mississauga warehouse made it difficult to find other than that. It was great

The transaction went smooth. Also, they were prompt when answering my questions. Just be ready for a couple of week lead time. Shipping was relatively quick for being in Canada and I'm in the USA.

The doorlite was easy to order. Although it never really gave me a delivery date, I waited a couple of weeks. After that, I emailed and called the company, and within a couple of hours I got a a call back. A very friendly and knowledgeable man had told me it was going to be manufactured the following week, and I should expect it soon after that. It arrived in perfect condition, packaged for bad delivery personnel. Thanks again for the beautiful entryway to our new home!
