Products are absolutely fine and dandy , ordered on a Wednesday so should have been with me on the Friday , it was actually over 2 weeks by the time I got the items , they were failed abysmally by DPD , maybe they should look at changing the courier service they pay for .

Items not Received Poor Service
Ordered 11x Queen Anne door handles and some latches on 1st Oct.
Received several emails from DHS on the same date to confirm my order and confirm next day delivery (which is predominantly the reason why I chose to use them).
My joiner started work on 6th Oct, but the handles had still not arrived, but no real urgency as he was with me for the full week.
I had received emails from the delivery company to say they had my parcel, so I was expecting it anytime.
Mid week still not arrived so I tracked the parcel. It showed it had been delivered. So I checked proof of delivery which showed an image of a parcel at a random doorstep with the label addressed to a random person and addressed to the wrong address.
I then contacted DHS customer service who said that this was a mistake and in fact my parcel had never been dispatched, as the items I had ordered were out of stock????
So why did they never bother to inform me of this, rather than telling me they would be delivered the next day, and holding on to my £214????
Very very poor service.
I had to buy from elsewhere, but the bonus was that they were £35 cheaper!

Handles very good
Handles very good, the Nickle finish looks very up market, so much so, I had to paint the doors!
The only downside, slot head screws. Delivered in good time, sold at a reasonable price.
