⭐️ for DPD
The sales and service was superb and it was my 2nd purchase in a week but the DPD delivery was not as good. I had to pop out so I changed the delivery to have it put in a safe place, which was a green recycle bin on my front door step. I received a confirmation email from DPD saying we will now leave your parcel in your safe place. Well he didn’t put it in the safe place, he just lent it up against my front door in full view when the green bin was just beside. DOD, why ask for a safe place if your delivery drivers can’t even be bothered to read the notes. No wonder so many parcels get stolen. I’ve seen men and women drive round following the delivery vans and steal the parcels once it has been left.

When placing the order, the website stated that the items were in stock and that all in stock items were shipped on a next day delivery. When I contacted the office, I was informed that the items were in fact not in stock and would not be available until much later (2+ weeks). The operative on the phone advised that the inventory was showing as a minus and that they were not due any stock until later, however, as I was checking the website during this conversation, the website still showed the item as in stock. This led to a frustrating conversation with Door Entry Direct and also with our end user customer who was expecting the items to be available and installed. The website inventory would benefit from a dynamic inventory update to ensure better visibility for customers.
Ordered an item on the 24th Nov 25, was advised despatch est. 30th Nov. Chased them on the 8/12/25 and they advised there was a backlog with Daitem and they would progress. No communication and called them again on the 2nd Jan - still not idea of delivery so have cancelled the order. At no time did they follow up the order or apologise for taking my money and not supplying the item

Unfortunately they let me down on delivery, when ordering item was in stock and I had to wait 15 days so I still haven’t got the item yet?
Received product, was happy.
Client changed mind, wanted a whole new system instead of fixing current.
Returned product with return form filled out.
Never heard back.
Money lost.
Wouldn’t shop here again.
