My order never got here

My order never got here. I spoke with the driver and still no order. Driver was making multiple stops and I turned out to be stop 3 and was still waiting 45 min later. I did not expect my food from a restaurant a mile away would take almost an hour after it was picked up to get to me. These restaurants need to take some accountability for the services that select to deliver their product. I will not be using any business that has chosen doordash. Got a refund but would have rather gotten my food!

I ordered lunch and clicked submit before I noticed it was the wrong address. I hit cancel immediately and only got back 7.48 from a 22.90 order!!! They get to keep $15 for 2 seconds!?! What a load of crap!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Man do ya’ll hire people who are desperate for food and money? Your drivers ask for tips. Okay we give yall tips but somehow my food doesn’t get delivered, end up someone else’s house and just recently stolen by the dasher themself. Do they not know how to read? Do they not know how to take accountability? DoorDash needs to be out of business. Period.

I was a Dasher up until yesterday…

Update so I closed my doordasher account and got deactivated before I took my money off my crimson card and doordash stole my money!!! That's the latest screw over by doordash!!! I was a Dasher up until yesterday bottom line I had a lady take food that didn't belong to her and yes that's that's a thief that's stealing messing up my whole entire day while sitting waiting for a freaking half an hour to contact a person and actually talk this out with somebody frontordash because they're so rude and disgusting that they send you to a one people first then somebody who wants you to text them and this was a very big issue not an issue you're going to text on talking to somebody I forgot to put myself on a pause and I missed probably several calls when you miss a call it goes as a decline and I lost my Platinum status and went to the lowest status you can be silver. Which means I'm going to get all the orders with for piece of s*** people that leave no tip or $2 to drive 14 miles. I contacted doordash twice and I was lied to both times and disappointed they took better care of the thieving woman then they did of their dedicated employee I was told they would fix my status within 24 hours which to be honest is way too long it cost me to miss a day and a half of work I was told they would fix it and they never did and when I call nobody answers I'm not calling again I'm just not going back doordash is a horrible abusive company to work for you do not matter to them when you do call him they'll fill you up with oh I'm so sorry this happened I'm so sorry we appreciate you blah blah blah but when it comes down to actually taking care of you you're on your own

Worse company every don't stand by…

Worse company every don't stand by there drivers and don't stand by there customers all they are standing behind is taking are money . They won't give you a refund if you spent 60 trust the most there trying to give you is maybe 8-10 bucks if your order is wrong.

I singed up once and and never agreed to be forced into a secret $10 a month billing membership and they never refund. WARNING to anyone wanting to use this service its really not good and they are basically scamming people into a monthly fee.

Wow..Mailbox Down

Wow... On April 2, 2026, I ordered pizza and paid for the pizza, the delivery, and tipped the driver. Now, I guess I have to pay to replace my own mailbox?

I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut on Rock Quarry Rd in Raleigh.
DoorDash took over the delivery (which always concerns me).
My neighbor witnessed the driver hitting my mailbox after I had gone back inside.
Pizza Hut sent me to DoorDash and DoorDash just keeps saying it didn't happen during an active delivery period. Unfortunately, we didn't get a license plate number and I haven't been able to get the personal auto policy involved.
DoorDash won't even open a claim or assist me with finding the responsible person and their coverage.

Not happy at all with how everything is. Ridiculous

Not happy at all with how everything is handled . I ordered something from a restaurant and its not until an hour later my order get cancelled . Making me create a new order with a whole different restaurant . Receiving my order more than one hour late . This is unacceptable . I couldn’t take my money back from the tip i initially gave them . I hated this experience . I called the dasher about 5 times and no answer .
You are getter off getting the food yourself .
This company is a complete joke . Ridiculous .

Disgraceful company

Deleted my account for two things and I’m never making another account again. At least Uber Eats has better sense.

1. Their refund policy is absolute TRASH when it comes to receiving the wrong food. They owe me about $50 because of someone’s inability to read a food ticket.

2. Also them licking the boot and pulling that staged stunt with Trump at the White House. That wasn’t even a real dasher and on top of that, why is a food company in the likes of collaborating with such a joke of an administration?

DD AI is asinine!

I've been driving for Doordash for 6 years and since I started the company continually slides downhill. They almost always lie to their customers and drivers alike; ESPECIALLY when there is no reason. They got a new AI system that cost millions of dollars that is way worse than useless...for you must go thru it AND IT NEVER HELPS WITH YOUR PROBLEM...then after 6 minutes of wasted time where you could have been making money, you finally get to an actual human service agent!

They need to fix the erroneous AI messages in their chat

I got an error message from the DoorDash system when placing an order. The message said the order could not be completed, so I closed out of the app and placed the order directly with the restaurant. Both orders arrived- the DoorDash one that said it couldn't be completed and the restaurant order. I had to pay for both. When I called DoorDash to explain about the error message leading me to place the order directly with the restaurant, the agent said he would refund immediately, and then they came back and said it would take 24 hours for the refund to be approved. When I checked back, I got a message in the DoorDash chat saying my refund has been processed and would take a few days to appear in my account. I checked back a couple of times and got this same message, so I called and the agent I spoke to said there was no indication of a refund and it was too late to proces one now and there was nothing they could do.

I'm getting tired ofplacing an order…

I'm getting tired ofplacing an order then door dash keep just pushing the time then saying the order was on time. I placed a double dash order at 630 and the food didn't get here til 830. So it said there waiting to be picked up for an hour and a half and the the other half didn't show up til 930. When I messaged them they basically said it was on time so no refund or anything. Obviously our food was cold. Rediculous.

30 minutes late and counting

30 minutes late and counting. Stacked orders mean my food is guaranteed to show up ice cold—what’s the point of paying for delivery at that point?

This isn’t a one-off either. Prioritizing multiple orders over basic service is a terrible business practice, and customers are the ones stuck with the consequences.

Uninstalling as soon as this cold cheeseburger and fries finally show up. Not worth it.

Really would love to give no stars

Really would love to give no stars. Made a mistake on my order and called the restaurant first. The restaurant took care of the mistake and only sent the items we wanted. Called DoorDash and they informed us that there was nothing they could do about a refund, even though they had a copy of the receipt from their driver with the correct amount of items. Extremely poor customer service and will never order from another place that uses DoorDash solely.
