Staff especially Hayley very helpful. Their site was easy to navigate and the staff always rang you back at a time that suits you when I had a query.
The Weekend in Amsterdam was lovely and the coach drivers were friendly and professional. However I can't say the same positive things for the third party coach operators "Just Go". I would be happy to use d2t again providing I don't travel via " Just Go"

I was undecided which tour to book but Ms.Hayley Crane emailed the itineraries to me as requested. Hence, it was easy thereafter to pick Imperial Cities as it is on my bucket list. Ms.Hayley is very professional and very prompt in replying to all my queries. As this is the first time I've booked a tour with Door2Door I would not hesitate to recommend it. I am looking forward to my trip end of May24 before I fly back to my home country, Malaysia.

I have recently booked a London weekend theatre trip for my in laws to see phantom of the opera. This trip
Is a gift for their 60th wedding anniversary.
Booking the trip was straightforward, everyone I spoke to was pleasant & helpful.
However, I have been very concerned at the reviews I have seen on Tripadvisor.
Lots of poor quality hotels & pick
Up points being changed etc …
This trip was not cheap & I will be gutted if this special
Occasion is ruined.

I booked a weekend trip to the grand national, pick up Slough, was informed 12/3/24 that Slough was not a pick up point and I could either cancel my booking or be picked up in Enfield 35miles away, as I'm travelling from Ireland and flights are booked had to take the Enfield option......very disappointed you don't get whst you pay for!!!

My booking experience with door2tour when I booked Ascot Ladies Day was good. The staff at door2tour are generally helpful and are professional.

A well run company with knowledgeable staff. We have been on a few Just Go holidays and have never been disappointed.

It's such a shame that the very helpful staff at this coach holiday booking agents are not backed up by the company's holidays they are selling. I booked a holiday through them to find that the holiday was with Grand UK Tours' who were the most obstructive and unhelpful I have come across, needless to say I cancelled the holiday with Grand UK Tours.
