On May 15, 2026, I deposited $1500. I opened and closed a few trades and made some profit. A few days later, I wanted to withdraw some money, but they delayed the withdrawal. In the meantime, I started opening trades and making money, but then they banned all my withdrawals and transfers, and today they confiscated all my money. There is no explanation whatsoever. Even though I haven't suffered any losses, they only said I abused negative balance protection. They made up this lie even though I haven't gone into negative balance. These people are thieves. They zero out all your money without any explanation. Furthermore, despite contacting live support and emailing them numerous times, I was unable to reach anyone during this process.
They defended themselves by saying that the situation I described above was within the scope of their policies and legal obligations. Despite never having a negative balance in any of the transactions I opened, you transferred the money from my wallet to my Meta5 account and zeroed it out along with the money there without providing any proof. Which of your policies states that you can take my money arbitrarily?
I have screenshots and bank statements to support my claims, and despite repeatedly emailing you about this, you are still refusing to refund my money.

DooPrime has locked my money andremoved the withdrawal button from my account. I have funds available to withdraw, my account is fully verified, but I am unable to request a withdrawal. I have contacted them several times by email and live chat since May 11, and after almost a month, I still have not received any effective response or solution. It is extremely concerning that a broker can prevent a client from withdrawing their own money and ignore all attempts to contact support.

Doo Prime is a complete fraud. I deposited $1,999 in account 9963142. After making manual trades and reaching $4,937, they suddenly disabled my withdrawal without any notice. Support only sends generic "under investigation" replies for weeks. No reason, no evidence, nothing.
They are using "hedging violation" as an excuse even when I did manual trading. This company lets you win small but when you make real profit, they freeze everything and steal your money. Stay away! Many people are suffering the same. Never trust Doo Prime.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Doo Prime. I deposited $150, and during their Ramadan promotion, I received a $75 bonus, making my total balance $225. I traded during a highly active market, and successfully grew my balance to around $550.
However, right after that, Doo Prime suddenly froze my entire account without any clear explanation. It has now been almost a month, and I still cannot access or withdraw my funds.
I repeatedly contacted my account managers, Ashir Khan and Faris Khan, but all I got were empty promises like “we are working on it.” There has been no real support, no transparency, and no resolution.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Holding a client’s funds without justification raises serious concerns about the credibility of this company.
I strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting Doo Prime with their money. Based on my experience, this platform does not seem reliable, and their support team, especially Ashir Khan and Faris Khan, failed to handle the situation responsibly.

DO NOT INVEST HERE. I have been struggling for over 30 days to withdraw my $904.50 balance. My KYC/Verification is fully APPROVED, yet I keep getting the error "This operation is not allowed."
I have contacted their live support multiple times, and they keep giving me the same template response about a "Risk Team review." My Account Manager has completely ignored my requests for a call for a whole month. This is a clear sign of a broker holding client funds without any valid reason.
I have already reported this to the Seychelles FSA and WikiFX. I will update this review ONLY when my funds are released. Stay away if you value your money!

I opened an account during their Ramadan 50% bonus promotion and deposited $100. My account balance became $150 with bonus credit.
During trading, I faced three initial losses: $51, $34, and $13. After that, I continued trading with proper risk management (0.03 lots), recovered my losses, and generated a profit of $215 through normal trading activity.
The issue started when I requested a withdrawal. My account was suddenly restricted/frozen without any clear or written explanation.
Instead of processing my withdrawal, the support team questioned my trading results, which is not a valid reason to block funds.
I have repeatedly contacted my account manager Faris Khan and his senior team. I was continuously told that my withdrawal is “under process” and “will be released soon,” but it has now been more than one month and I have not received any funds — neither my original $100 deposit nor my profit.
I request the company to review this case seriously and release my funds immediately.

I have been trading with Doo Prime for some time, and initially everything worked well. However, for the past three months, I have not been able to withdraw my funds from my account.
I contacted customer support more than five times, and while they always reply, the issue remains unsolved. I have not received a clear explanation of why the withdrawal is blocked or what exactly needs to be done to fix it.
I want to believe this is just a delay or an internal process issue, not something intentional. I am still hoping Doo Prime will review my case and unlock my withdrawals soon.
If the issue is resolved fairly, I will be happy to update my review. But for now, other users should be aware that withdrawal problems can happen and take a very long time to resolve.

They are a scammer. We cannot contact them. No one can find their location. They are planning to cheat people by hiring a payment service provider(PSP) and a lawyer. They are people who are greedy for money. I have all the evidence.
My question :
my bank tells me that your deposit has been successfully sent to the person you sent it to, and if he still hasn't received the money you sent, they ask me to submit his bank statement to them. My bank has categorically stated that this is the only way we can help you and that only your payment service provider can contact that person. Why are they hesitant to do this?

Don't know where to start, i have been with D prime since January, where i have deposited 5k GBP, and last week i deposited 20k GBP.I have withdraw close to 5kusd where they have been no issues, i did try to withdraw 20K USD as i have made a nice profit since last week but my withdraw has been declined, i received a email mentioned about due to trading they will come back to me of what i can withdraw, i don't understand why i cant withdraw my funds which i have deposited and the profits i have made, i would like DPRIME to put this as a priority as this is damaging my mental heath and impacting me financially, i have my family member and friends who have been using your platform as well

I requested a crypto withdrawal on Friday, and until now I still have not received my funds. I contacted their support team multiple times, and every time they told me the issue was “escalated”, but nothing actually happened.
Today their support agent suddenly told me that I am “involved in a violation behavior” without giving any explanation or proof. They just said the Risk Department will email me.
This looks like a typical excuse used by some brokers to delay or stop withdrawals.
What made it worse is the very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from their support team, especially an agent named Esteban, who responded sarcastically instead of helping resolve the issue.
As a trader, the most important thing in a broker is trust and the ability to withdraw your money. If a broker delays withdrawals and gives unclear accusations, that is a serious red flag.
I strongly advise traders to be very careful before depositing money with Doo Prime.
