Once you have signed up, they will never leave you alone. I purchased one of their products and grudgingly got a refund (it took a while). I still get emails even though I unsubscribe from all emails EVERY TIME! Each one is marked as Spam, but still they come.

I purchased the DoodleMaker app…
I purchased the DoodleMaker app subscription to test it out.
Okay app, but missing one key feature I needed.
I requested a refund and got that honored.
Would be nice if they had the camera pan feature instead of having to jump scenes.

Since you had a feature request we would have been happy to put it into our future roadmap of development but we never heard back from you on that.

Powerful and Easy to use.
DoodleMaker makes it easy and fun to create white board style video animations but it's much more powerful than that. It has features included that make this tool very complete and very easy to use.

refund policy not respected
Earlier this year (2022) I tried the software but it wasn't as expected. So I've asked for a refund but they did not approved it to date (its been 4 month already). Tried every singe way to get th emoney back, yet to no avail. Finally PayPay got enough of me and they reimbursed me from their own pocket and that was that. Be prepared to loose your money - they will never horor their refund policy (and I see I am not the only one in this sittuation)

It could be that our emails landed in your spam box or didn't reach you for some reason, you have not provided us with your transaction ID details so I cannot confirm.
We would like to point out the comment you made that "PayPal reimbursed you from their own pocket" is incorrect and impossible. We refunded the purchase from our end to ensure you are satisfied.
We only want 100% satisfied customers. While we understand we cannot please everyone, we do strive to do our best.

Doodle Maker is a cool video creator. I love that there are so many different niches to choose from. It is user friendly. I would like if the creators could add more for Travel Agents. I just need help marking & selling videos. Overall, Doodle Maker is a great video creator. Love it & would recommend it to others.

Doodle Maker is one of my most valuable go to video creation tools
Doodle Maker is a very important software in my toolbox. With it I can make stunning, eye catching doodle videos, to target my audience. I like that the software is so versatile and easy to use. I found that short 1-2 min videos work the best for me. The great advantage is the multi language and voice options. With it I can target other countries and cultures. Thank for making such a great product.
