A few months ago I purchased a sweater
A few months ago I purchased a sweater, but the sizing was completely inconsistent compared to previous items I’ve bought from this company. When I tried to return it, I had to reach out multiple times through email, phone, and WhatsApp, but I never received a proper response only an AI bot.
Eventually, I returned the package about six weeks ago, and I still have not received my refund.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. If an item is not right, resolving the issue becomes unnecessarily difficult. The service is extremely poor and handling returns feels like a complete nightmare.

Never received my order! No response
As a returning customer I placed an order 2 months (!) ago.
Until now, no delivery (seems that is stucked at postal company) and despites a lot of reminder, still 0 response with a solution.
Seems that they don't bother about any customer service and if a customer receives what he pays for!

Zero communication, terrible service
When returning my two shirts, there was an option to exchange them for a different size, which I chose. According to my tracking, my returned package arrived on December 16th, but I have received no confirmation that it was received, nor any information about when my new shirts will arrive. I’ve emailed twice, contacted them via WhatsApp, and called, but got no response at all. Zero communication. How is this even possible? This was my first and last order with this company. Very poor service.
