Abbott’s sent round their man Paul who was just great. We had a problem with a 40 year old alarms system which was playing up after a power cut. Paul attended and sorted it out within minutes. We also had a faulty sensor which was replaced as was the external alarm box which was looking decidedly old and non functioning. All sorted in an hour. Brilliant.
Thoroughly recommend unreservedly.

Great company fitted cctv and repaired my house alarm system for us, the engineers were very professional, polite and attentive to our needs they did a great job and left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards all in all very happy with the work done and at a great price

Abbotts Security Ltd are an amazing, professional firm with outstanding customer service. I have been a customer of this company for 6 years, so that in itself speaks volumes. They have installed a CCTV system in my home , which has been a marvellous deterrent not only for myself but also for my neighbours. Abbots Security Ltd have also installed a Visonic Alarm in my home and also my sons home.
My point of contact is with a lady called Nicola who will deal with your problem immediately or she will get an engineer to call you back. The company is always upfront with their quotes which are sent very quickly by email or text message. You never have any hidden surprises with your bill. All the engineers who have worked on both the CCTV and alarms are excellent (Paul, Sean and Callum). The most recent engineer to visit was Callum, who was excellent, efficient and polite during his last visit as he took great care in getting the best possible position for the CCTV cameras. He also repaired a neighbours alarm which had developed a fault and the nice thing is he explained why it had broken to me in clear simple English and not some esoteric engineering language. He also replaced the batteries. People don’t realise that if your alarm is not working it could invalidate an insurance claim. Callum follows “ye good olde customer service” as all members of the company do. An outstanding company.

Very helpful polite and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Certainly didn’t feel as though had over charged and advised us on saving money. Could not rate them any higher than a five star and would certainly recommend them to anyone

I cannot recommend this company enough. From the first phone call making our enquiries to having our alarm system installed, they were fantastic!

We enquired about a camera system and was invited into the showroom for a demo.
There were no hidden costs and absolutely everything was transparent.
We had the system installed and although we have had a few hiccups, Nicola and Calum could not have been more helpful.
