Scratches all over my car from wash cost 5k to fix they refused to fix I won in court
$25 for a one-time drive through car wash!
What a total rip-off. The price has increased over recent years and now is a joke. Have been a loyal customer even when the one-time price was $21.95, but I won't pay $25 to these greedy people. I will wash it myself from now on.
And from a trust perspective, why does this business record your license plate on every visit and then match it up with your credit card info...?
So, you get ripped off and then they steal your data and maybe sell it to a data
aggregator. There is no need to log all this private customer data.

The attendant "upsold" me on the unlimited monthly washes. I chose the basic wash but was sold the premium wash for just $2 more due to their promotion. Great deal huh? When my bill arrived it was 2x what I thought it would be. The promotion was only for a month and then reverted to the normal price. Very deceptive practice. The attendant knew this and was likely trained this way because they get a few bucks more selling it. Many other options out there, don't do business with companies that do this

I would never recommend this company to anyone as my vehicle shows no damage by there photos from there camera and when I got done from the wash my vehicle was damaged but they are not responsible for the damage I've even escalated it up from store manager and they still all say they are not responsible for the damage even though there cameras show no damage to it before hand
Although the prices have gone up and the washes can sometimes be subpar, I've continued to be a member of the service. The washes have left streaks on my vehicle, and the soap has covered the sides of my truck, while the windshield still gets bug splatters and the back fenders have road grime. However, the service is unlimited, so I can always go back through again. I've been impressed with their customer service so far, but I haven't had any issues until now. Their wash damaged my truck. Ah, but the sign says we got you covered if it is factory built within the last three years or some nonsense. Not true. They will just lie and say the damage was not their fault, even though they had to go back through the wash and retrieve your mirror cover.
It's possible that the customer service was so great because I didn't have any issues to begin with. Once you start down this path, they will continue to circle you back to the wash.

I visited the Quick Quick Car Wash at 6020 Barnes Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80922 in my 2023 Toyota Tundra Limited. I experienced damage to the driver's side mirror cover. The wash took the cover off flinging it about in the wash. I remained calm. Since I've been a member since 2015, I've always been impressed with Quick Quack's customer service, so I figured they would take care of me.
I swung back around to the gates and the lady had a blank look on her face. She said, "That JUST happened, didn't it? Oh my god."
I said, "Yeah, the cover came off."
She said she would go turn the wash off and retrieve it. She brought it back to me and said, "It's a bit scuffed up." She was a bit apologetic and she handed it back to me. I think it was just before this that I snapped a few photos. I asked to fill out an incident report. She handed one to me. When I went to fill it out, I noticed that on the top of the form, it read, not valid if filled out by the customer. So, I handed it back to her and told her she would need to fill it out. She took down my name, license plate, and number. Said a manager would call me the next morning. She seemed a bit flustered. Perhaps uncomfortable and unsure of herself.
No phone call.
I had not received a response so I contacted customer care on 11/15/2023.

Customer care responded and told me to go back to the car wash and ask for a manager.

Drove to the car wash before work. Spoke with Ashton. Asked for a manager. One was not in. Took down my number and name.

Emailed Customer Support. I have canceled my membership. I await a call from Quick Quack to resolve these concerns until then, I plan to take the next steps.
11/20/23 10:47 AM
Called and spoke with Mike.
Asked for a description of the incident.
He said he would review everything and get back to me in the next couple of days. He was off today.
I asked if I needed to take any steps like going to the Toyota dealership for a quote and he stated not at this time.
Never received a follow-up call.

12/6/2023 2:14 PM
An email from customer support said they needed an incident report number.
12/6/2023 3:00 PM
The email was sent to customer support that the incident report was not provided.
12/6/2023 5:46 PM
Customer support told me I needed to go back to the car wash to get a copy of the report as they were unable to help.
12/9/2023 1:07p
I went back to the car wash as instructed by the customer service team. Since they can't seem to help me.
When I asked for a copy of the report or the report number, it could not be found. At first, they didn't even know what that was. "What's an incident report?" He asks the others.
He came back with a stack of them. He even said, "There are so many of them." After a few moments, he said, "I can't find yours. Maybe it got misplaced." I asked to file another report.
The manager, yet again, was not on duty.
He asked me, "How far are you in the process?" I responded with, "I can't get people to call me back." He was apologetic and felt that it wasn't right, but that he was going to get his manager involved. I appreciate it at least. Not his fault.
He stated, "Lauren mentioned she remembered the incident or someone mentioning the incident." Maybe she was the one that was there that night?
12/9/2023 2:59 PM
Received a call from Mike, the Store manager.
He stated on the call that he did not have evidence of a report being filed. No notes. Nothing about it.
We agreed on Tuesday at 1 pm to meet. Mike was dismissive. Sent me a follow-up email on 12/21 stating they would give me one month's free wash.

I've been with this company since they moved to Corpus Christi, TX, specifically for my brand new Hyundai 2020 Accent which I wanted to keep in tip top shape. Until recently it was fine, until I get a wash and my antenna is missing and my circuitry is exposed, I go back and complain, they file an incident report, and end up finding my antenna in the car wash. It was clear their machines broke it since its a brand new car that's never been in a accident. I wait about 2 weeks until I call, and they call back saying my claim was denied. I've been paying 60 dollars every month for about 2 years, and this company is refusing to do anything about damage they caused to a brand new car.

Opened a month to month agreement at 24.99 on March 15 2022. I asked the service attendant if I need to end the contract how is that done? He responded call the number on the wipe on or about the 15th to end service. Pretty simple, so I called April 14 on a recorded line and spoke to a John in Roseville and requested he cancel service.
Seemingly, no problems. That was until my bank alerted me that QQCW took another 24.99 and then raised their rates and proceeded to take an additional 29.99.
I attempted to block their continued attempts through my bank but received another 29.99 charge.
The bank refused their charges but never got feedback from QQCW. Who continues to charge my account.
I am owed a current refund of 54.98 and am pursuing a full return. Personally or legally if required.
Are you seriously just responding to a complaint 3 fricken years ago.
That says alot about the customer service factor.
