The quality of the garments I've received this time are very poor in comparison to my past purchases. Very thin to the touch and fabric bitty to look at and touch. The designs are fantastic but a little spoiled by the quality of materials chosen.
I returned an item and never received the refund. I emailed the company however there was no reply. Very poor service and poor quality of shirt. Shrinks after 2 washes
Good quality clothing. But the delivery time frames and reliability are embarrassing. I've made two orders from here, and both times I get an email saying they have a high volume of orders so my order has been delayed.
Feel like they don't have anywhere near enough staff to keep up with orders, and they don't say how long I'm delayed till. I wouldn't buy anything from them as a gift, because it'll probably not get here in time.
Item is fine but delivery and customer service was very poor. Ordered on 30th June (3-5 day delivery) but not received until 26th July. Tried to email with no responsw
Ordered the 28th of June and didn’t get delivery until 24th of July. Nice T-shirts but if ordering id order a month in advance.
Have bought from here before and was happy with the purchase but can’t get into the website now as it just asks for a password which I don’t have

Ordered next day delivery on 30th June. Now the 18th July and still no sign of order. Have reached out to the company on multiple occasions and have got the same generic automated email you can clearly tell they use all the time. The company is clearly a scam. I have raised a dispute with the UKICC. Avoid at all costs.

Waited 17 days for my delivery when I paid for a 3-5 delivery from royal mail

Ordered 1 t shirt nearly 2 weeks ago and still not been shipped. You would think 2 weeks is more than an enough for an order to be shipped!

So disappointed, ordered for a gift, with their T-shirts being fairly pricey, I Thought they'd be of a high quality but was very poor quality and not even in a packet or with a label on. Was not suitable to be gifted.
Issued a return on the website and Paid to return, still not had any refund yet and no acknowledgement of the return but I have tracking info. Please contact me to sort my refund.
Many thanks

AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered the 22nd of June as it said 3-5 days delivery. Got an email stating there was a delay but the order would shipped ASAP. I have still not received my order and this seems to me like it’s a scam. I have asked for a refund twice now bit have not received a reply to that. Got to be a SCAM
Although my order was late the quality of the products is exemplary and spot on as was your offer of 10% off my next order as a goodwill gesture for said late delivery. I will be sure to share my experience with all I know 👍🏽👌🏽
The delivery was delayed otherwise happy
Easy to order, great clothing quality sizing was a little big but re ordered in the smaller size
Update - after leaving this review on 17/06, my parcel arrived on 18/06 when I checked the history on Royal Mail tracking it was only shipped out on 17/06? So it was shipped the day I left this review. Despite ordering on 08/06 and it stating it would arrive in 3-5 days...
This is my second time ordering from Don Sucre, I stupidly decided to give them a second chance (despite my first order coming 5 weeks late with poor communication). At the time of delivery it stated it would arrive in 3-5 days, 9 days later I am still without a tracking number, proof of postage and my order.
I emailed Don Sucre and they asked for the email address the order was made with, I gave them it and have heard nothing. Sent another email asking for proof my order had been shipped, and heard nothing.
I would avoid this business, products are good but not worth the silly wait time when it states 3-5 days, for the price I'd expect the order to arrive on time or atleast be made aware of any delays.
Last time I was asked to change my review also when it arrived 5 weeks later, glad I never changed it as the service and communication still remains poor.

Avoid at all costs. Wish I’d read these reviews before placing my order. When you spend circa £100 on a product to be sent multiple emails just apologies for the delay and no resolution date or further information I can only assume there’s something dodgy going on. Still no item received, and still no date for a resolution. I wonder if posting on here might prompt a response to resolve and either sent me my item or give me my money back. Terrible experience.
