AVOID AVOID AVOID this sham of a company.

The item I received was defective. Their returns policy on their website is a meaningless set of lies. I returned the item back to China but they are not replying to any further comms. I now need to seek a refund from my card provider.

Poor customer service. When I orderd a GPS it arrived unuseable, the charge plus could not be used. The returns procedure after requesting videos etc was not cost effective.
Total non acceptance of faulty goods

placed order, sent me tracking then after that, supposed tracking into the country, from there Amazon take over, put the tracking number into Amazon, guess what, does not work, then text message on 18th March 2025, parcel delivered to safe place, on doorstep, no picture no GPS Tracking of driver and NO PARCEL, LOTS OF EMAILS STILL NOT RESOLVED.

Ordered an item and paid with credit card. Got an acknowledgement by text right away and a promise that tracking would be done via email. No further contact, no tracking, no delivery. Meaningless message when I try to phone. Advised my my credit card company to cancel my card and order a new one. Payment has been taken though. This feels like I have been dealing with scammers.

Scam website. Got a camera for my child. Was sent to the wrong address so didn’t arrive in time for his birthday. When I did get it it didn’t work. Doesn’t even turn on. No meaningful response from them. No offer of refund or replacement. Feel like they have stolen from me and intend to report as fraud to my credit card company.

ILLEGAL PRACTICES
This company is scamming and conning people out of thier money! Disgusting! Selling children’s floatation devices shown as branded sunnylife product. What arrived is completely different and nothing like images not to mention the seriously dangerous issues - doesn’t float like other vests, no safety strap to secure to child! I haven’t and wouldn’t put my children in these! BEWARE

They ask you to return to china which I have no intention of doing. One why should we pay to return when for they are operating under illegal practices and two I have no trust a return would be given anyway.

Do not use, item received was not what was ordered, they have asked for a video to show this which i sent, the item they sent is not even on their website . total scam

The tracker I ordered was not as described, they wanted me to pay to return to China for refund. It was not even CE marked so not tested for sale or use in UK.
If you are buying baby gear beware if they have the same cavalier approach to safety for this stuff you could be putting your child at risk!
Have started legal procedures to try and get money back.
This person started a number of companies in 2024 possibly as sole trader, Domrans is not even listed with Companies House, he will probably shut Domrans soon and just use a different name to carry on scamming people.
The person is Oussama Bergui.

Ordered electric knife , £30.85, black in case with fork, heavy duty looking,
Tiny white , battery operated ( can’t fit batteries) flimsy article arrived.
A total scam , avoid at all costs

Do not trust this company! They just sold me a Ceeniu F26 (Smart Car Air Freshener that should be worth £77 - according to their website). However, I was sent a Chinese version of a Vehicle Humidifier without a brand and not even a smart device...
Smart is this company... stealing from clients :(

Do not use this company, it’s a scam! I’m still waiting for delivery, I’ve emailed support and no reply. What a mistake

I can't give zero stars.
Never, ever use this company.
Defective hard drives arrived but no response from customer service by any method for weeks.
Eventual response unhelpful requiring good to be sent back to China.
Returns info on web site is a load of lies.
Company address on web site is fraudulent and a private house.
Goods had been returned to uk address but now lost.
Nothing but a big scam.
Now letting my card issuer deal with refund

No connection to phone number
No money back
A one man fraud, alas

Ordered kinetic garden wind item. A lot smaller than advertised, poor quality. Do not use this company

Please do not use this company! The child's camera we ordered took weeks to come from China. It was very poor quality when it finally arrived and did not work properly. We contacted Donrams on how to get a refund when they finally got back to us they were extremely unhelpful and said we had to post it back to China ourselves.

Smart car Freshener I received was nothing like the one I ordered. And it didn't even work! Written to them three times without reply. Will have to take this further to get my money back.

Do not order from here! I ordered 2 x swim vests from a good brand and they sent me two cheaper incorrect items and shipped from China. When I contacted them (three times so far...) they told me to pay to return them to China. Even though they have sent the incorrect items. This website is a scam.

I would rate this company 0 stars.
I placed a order and never received it even though tracking shows that is was delivered.

When I contacted the company I was told to contact the courier but the tracking number Donrams provided is not linked to the courier 3 weeks later and I am still without my order or refund.
