This company is great to work with. My doer Joelmer is so helpful and took a lot of my tasks off my plate. We were able to bring our marketing to the next level and really got organized and consistent with our social media. He even helped with other projects!

Hiring a Doer has completely reworked many aspects of my business. I took the plunge and it allowed me to focus on creating systems for my business. A few areas for continued growth:
• One area where I would have loved to see a little more depth is in the feedback after reviewing the course materials. Some other people who have taken CAL have pointed out a few redundancies and glitches, and having a sharper eye on those during your review would have been really helpful. As you continue growing in the role, strengthening that attention to small details — and offering specific, proactive feedback — will make your impact even better.
• As you keep getting more comfortable in the flow of things, I would also encourage you to proactively suggest next steps or small improvements when you notice them, even if they seem minor. You have great instincts, and trusting them more will only help you grow even stronger in this role.
• Another area for continued growth is following the brand voice and style guides even more closely when working on writing or designs. Most of the time you do a great job with this, but there are still moments where things could align a little more closely with the brand’s tone and feel. This is totally normal — it just takes time to learn the nuances — and I can already see how much you’ve grown in this area. I’m confident it will keep getting even stronger as you keep working with the materials.

I love working with Christine It has been such an incredible journey with her and watching her grow and learn about my business as well as seeing her do her best to excel in marketing and advertising to help the company do better is honestly a blessing. My doer has been very responsive, action oriented and willing to learn. Most of his tasks are completed with little to no feedback on the first attempt, which is great for any entrepreneur that doesn't have a ton of time to hand hold. As long as I provide clear instructions and examples, he is able to fulfill. I'd recommend this company if you need to scale.

My Outsourced Doers experience has been phenomenal. I was paired with a Doer who has made my life exponentially easier. As a solopreneur I am regularly overwhelmed, but Tricia is skilled and able to work autonomously. I don't always have time to give thorough direction, but she seems to read my mind and get things done; when I do need to redirect, she is flexible and fast. Three months in and I don't know how I made it without her!
