I ordered a glass gravity bong from donaulife and it was unfortunately broken, probably from shipping. I contacted support and they were very helpful and they immediately sent me a new one wich was in perfect shape. I will definitely order from them again! Very happy with my purchase and pleased with the contact I had with their support. I would also like to add that inside the package I recieved a 20% off coupon on my next buy 😊

In general, I'm happy about the product and was using it with pleasure. But unfortunately one after 2 weeks of using during normal cleaning session, the top glass part has broken. Not sure what the exact reason was, but it seemed to be too fragile.
Ps. Consider sending mails in english, not only in german.

Everything was fine, so recommend this to all :).

I just got Blue Betty today on 2-18-25, I ordered it on 01-08-25, shipping was slower because I ordered Blue Betty from Cali, USA, so it's totally understandable it took almost a month and a half. The people at Donaulife were super friendly & helpful, they emailed me back right away with answers to my questions. Plus they are awesome because they were the only one's to ship overseas. I've ordered from here at least 3 times when they've had nice sales. They have discreet sending and I think every time I've freaked out at my credit card bill not knowing what the company name or purchase was on the bill. And then I get the package and the discreet company name matches what's on my credit card bill. It's funny but also cool!
