Waiting for delivery
I am not satisfied at all with the customer service. Up today there has been no delivery and I donˋt get feed back on my emails, that ask for delivery date!

My experience was fast and convenient
I ordered after the specified time for next day delivery (by a couple of hours), yet they did deliver the item to PostNL for next day delivery.
(Well, PostNL had a delay, so it was the same at the end, but still I really liked it that they went beyond what they had promised)
