The guides were excellent, very helpful and informative. However, I have two complaints:
Firstly the food provided at Arafat and Muzdalifa was poor.
Secondly the company should have provided transport from Muzdalifa to Mina to Jamarat to Mecca.
To expect elderly people to walk five and a half hours in 45 degrees centigrade heat is very unreasonable. Especially as we paid £13,000 each for our package!

The most amazing Hajj experience ever, organised and run by a fantastic team. The Dome Tours team are experienced, organised, compassionate, and good humoured. They facilitated a smooth journey throughout the Hajj, with the guidance of experienced Shuyukh, who led prayers, duaas, and gave fascinating historical talks during walking tours. Was in good hands throughout the duration of the journey, with a team who kept us safe, well-informed, and guided us to perform the Nusuk correctly. Did not want to leave, and would go back on any trip with Dome Tours in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed my Hajj 2023 with dome tours with no issues at all. I would recommend this as highly recommended hajj services providers in the UK.

I just returned from a 10 day Hajj package and what can I say other than WOW! Dome Tours went above and beyond to support myself and fellow Hajjis on this once in a lifetime opportunity. The support and guidance before, during and even after this journey really was amazing. They are with you every step of the way and give you the confidence that everything is being handled, allowing you to concentrate on the Hajj rights and of course building your relationship with Allah. Thank you to everyone involved, especially brothers Abdul Wahid, Mohammad Sibai and Abdul Rehan Loutfi. Also thank you to brother Shahed who accompanied myself and a small group for Umrah, it was an unforgettable moment. Just be sure to make note of the correct bus number (inside joke!)

Hajj 23 - despite there being many changes to the booking and management of Hajj 23, I cannot fault any aspect of the work undertaken by DT. The admin by Ibrar bhai through to the knowledge, kindness and support of all the guides was nothing short of perfect. The mini very succinct lectures throughout the process allowed you to understand every aspect of the Hajj rituals and why they were being performed. The Ziyarats were amazing and ARH's analogies to real life did make me giggle on many occasions.
I am looking forward to undertaking Umrah with DT Insha Allah in the coming year. Thanks you for making my Hajj truly memorable. JZK

Very informative and the support you get on this magical journey was just incredible!

It was a wonderful experience and dome tours well coordinated and well planned it. It was a big task to coordinate so many people for Hajj and Umrah. They were always available for help and support if needed but any of the group member. Communication was great. I personally had issues with my visa and flights and they sorted out that in timely fashion.
Guides were always available, even they phoned individual on their room extension to alert them for coach transfers. Arrangements at the Minhaj camp were great. Those regular reminders after each prayer were fantastic.

Amazing Hajj experience with the group, they are well organised and we’re very accommodating despite Hajj ministry having restrictions.
Would recommend to anyone to choose them as your Umrah and Hajj guides. Fantastic is one word to describe them. ARH is very knowledgeable and his walk arounds were very informative and interesting.

Absolutely fantastic... Sheikh Rahman is a very clever man.. well educated..our journey to Hajj2023 was perfect. From the beginning to the end we were very well looked after. Any questions were answered promptly. Very polite and funny..they were well organised. Plus they have 25yrs experience..🙏

Alhamdulilah full journey was brilliant only on Wednesday ( the first day of Jamaraat) it could have guided better as we misunderstand and followed the wrong group from Dhyooful Bait ( American group going to Mina) so end up not going to Haram … Tawafe Ziyaara delayed till Friday . there should be more visible signs for people to recognise their group and guide .

Dome Tours have got it right every time. Alhamdulillah, May Allah continue to make them strive and give people the best service possible. They care care of things we could not even imagine. Transfers can be a stressful experience during hajj/umrah yet these are taken care of with a coach service. They have helped taken care of things like lost baggage which is not even their responsibility! They will always remind you of the Deen and answer any Fiqh questions so you are able to complete your Hajj/ Umrah in confidence and remind you of what you are there for. Sheikh Abdel Rahman has a wonderful team where every staff member gives their full effort all the time. They really fulfil their pledge of serving the guests of Allah- we feel very humbled and extremely honoured to be called by Allah and blessed to have a team like Dome look after us throughout. We have travelled with them for Umrah previously and again lucky enough to have them as our guides in Hajj 2023- truly blessed because the process was so different this year - but Alhamdulillah went really smoothly. Just returned from Hajj with Dome Tours, Alhumdulillah. I would definitely recommend them. They go above and beyond to give you an experience to remember and make things easy for you. Dome Tours is a very organised and helpful company going above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I have just come back from Hajj and Alhamdulillah had a wonderful experience through then. Even when challenges arise, they try their utmost best to help you and provide for you. Alhamdolillah after 3 years Allah called us for Hajj in 2023.It was His blessing that we had Dome Tours guides with us in this blessed journey. Dome Tours certainly exceeded our expectations from the get go. They were well organised and provided detailed information and support at every stage. I felt we were in great hands from the initial pre hajj seminar in London to the point we arrived home. Our guide Mohammed Sibai was highly experienced and the ultimate in patience and professionalism. Amazing experience, lovely guides and really supportive Osama and Dr Risvia Mohammed sibai just lovely people they treated us like family I had my parents with me. Allahamdulliah I will be booking an umrah trip again
The only thing I can say is maybe lunch should of been provided as we paid a lot for our package
