They canceled my domain

My member ID is M11763156, invoice nr. is 54831498.

I paid for a ten-year registration of a seven-letter .NZ ccTLD of a unique name without trademark infringement that I've myself trademarked and was asked to show them a scan of my bank card, which I provided.

A day later they emailed me that my domain was canceled due to "Order concerns". No reason provided, while the .NZ domain is open for all people, not solely New Zealand residents. There was no mention of a refund either, or a way to appeal or provide more information to assuage their concerns. Just a plain: "Go away".

If they don't resolve this matter speedily, I'll report them to the Domain Name Commission.

UPDATE: They got back to me. They said that after I made a card payment and after they emailed me "We accepted your order", they emailed me a link I had to click to "confirm payment", which does not make the slightest sense, that's why no merchant does such a thing except CrazyDomains, their "upstream provider". I guess that's why they call themselves "Crazy".

No reminder email to click the "I really really really, pretty please, would like you to accept my card payment, it really really was me who just paid my order with my card details". Nope. You go through the entire ordering process, put in your card details but unless you check your SPAM filter very soon afterwards, they'll unceremoniously cancel your order.
