I spent £60 and got all cheap perfumes never heard of and all doubled very disgusted in this

Order was not filled paid for 25-30 items got 10 five of which looked like they came from a Christmas cracker. The whole thing was not worth more than 10.00, I paid 89.00. Really angry !!!!!!!

An utter scam. I have today opened an £89 beauty vault promising 25-30 items. I ordered on the 27th September and didn’t receive this until 24th October. The products sent are tat. I have written to request a refund and express my absolute disgust at the fact this girl is out here scamming hard working people. Ten items I received, one of which is a single hair grip. The word order I have genuinely ever received. Complete scam

£69 scent box and it said it was coming from US and it was a fake shipping link, after 4 weeks its arrived from a london address which is only an hour from my my address! It was meant to be 9-11 items with no duplicates and 3 items were the same and all cheap fake chinese items from temu!

I placed my order on **29 March**, and I’ve been chasing it ever since. I was told it had been lost at Maidstone. The order was supposed to be worth over **£20 but what I received was worth just **£1.52**. The item was an unknown scent, poor quality and nothing like what was advertised.

I’m extremely disappointed with the delay and with what arrived. The promotion felt misleading, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience. And they kept telling me that it was lost my Parcel so Who chases it not me cause I don’t know any more about it but no customer service and uncaring as you should find me on Instagram. I advertise for them the song spam spam spam Monty Python.

Recieved two packets, and both had the same product...samples of things you can buy on temu.. THIS IS A SCAM.

I would give this less than 1 star if it was an option. What an absolute disappointment. I ordered 2 scoop for beauty vault with would be 13 to 14 items. I was sent 7 only 2 of those are make up, one scrunchie that's already broken, one thing I have no idwa what it is and 2 beaty sponges which are actually smaller than my finger. Also order 1 scoop for scent which is 3 to 5 items. I got one and it doesn't smell of anything. It's a complete scam.
People have left reviews on the website, but surprise surprise i can't leave one!

THIS SITE IS A SCAM ... I paid $119 for a mystery box of 25 to 30 items .... and after 4 weeks waiting I got 6 items... only 6. And they were really not at all good quality (one lip gloss, an ultra small dadder, a hair scrunchies, a eye shadow stick, and a ultra small brush cleaner, all in a TINY pouch.) I could have purchased better items from a dollar store! DO NOT USE THEM. Very disappointed and wasted ao much money.
