I would give them less than one star based totally on their customer service! I ordered a box for christmas and i'm trying to find out when it's going to ship or if it has shipped but I couldn't get into my account to find out any information on the order or the shipment. When I did finally get into what I think is my account it is showing no order and no subscription, although the total amount has been charged to my credit card. I canceled my credit card on their website so that I can't be charged for a second shipment and more than likely, we'll have to go through my bank to take care of the inadequacies that i'm experiencing now with their customer service.
I can't comment on the actual product yet because I haven't received anything but based totally on their customer service I would never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. I wish I would have read all of these reviews before I placed my own order!

Total scam, they take your money and you never receive anything

Archer is a professional Scammer on all his claim media platforms. I ordered a small subscription and got charged for 2 small subscriptions and didn’t show shipping either. Ended up paying $50 for what was supposed to be a $16 order. Never received jerky and it’s been over a month. Please beware of Archer and is fraud businesses he runs online.

Shit shit shit you don’t get the jerky they tell you is in the box that week and customer service sucks do not order if your from Canada they don’t tell you that it will cost you 3 times what they tell you I’ve had WAY better jerky from the gas station save your money I wouldn’t even give it a half star if there was an option

I was going to order. But i won a free bag sep 10 its now jan 1 2025 no bag yet i text thay said it shiped sent track number that was 2 month ago then thay ask my address again snd said if i ordered a box thay could put it in that box i get it faster wtf so to get my free bag just order a box No!!

I was watching a live Tick Tock hunting show Crosshairs N Tightlines and was told I would receive a free cap and a 20% discount by ordering a medium box or large box from Dollar Jerky Club. I receive a 10 oz box of jerky for the medium box. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my cap. In the meantime he told me in a email i would receive it a couple weeks ago in. It never came and now he's taunting me on Tick Tock asking me if I got my cap yet several times in a private message. Knowing he did not send it because there is no shipping order from them now on my email. I am very unhappy with the amount of jerky I received and most specially unhappy because I have not received a cap that I was promised I would get that evening on Dustin's hunting live. I even have a screeshot of 11/20/24 hunting live where it said that. I do not get any response anymore from emails either. I will not be doing any more business with him and I DO NOT recommend anyone to order from Dollar Jerky Club ever. You can go to a store and buy jerky just as good for a lot cheaper per an ounce. I was on Archer's live last night and he muted me just like another guy or two has said on here because I asked him where my hat was. I do not recommend Dollar Jerky Club and suggest people not to order any from this company.

This place is a SCAM. They like to show off their boxes on tiktok live, problem is what they show is not what you get. I ordered a Large box on black friday that arrived as a medium box! Why would they do this? Because they ran a 50% off sale and wanted the consumers to believe that what they got was the right box but probably thought "well lets just trick people in thinking they got the large box,but its a medium instead" to save money. Which they claim the large box is $100 worth of jerky, NOT EVEN CLOSE by the way So the large retails for 49.99 which i was supposed to get ill copy and past what the large box says you get "This is the ultimate Jerky Lovers Dream! We hand select 8-15 premium jerky products. Including Bags, Jumbo Sticks, and other Delicious Jerky Products! This option also receives a variety of samples and jerky swag!" I got 6 bags 2 meat sticks and one sticker. where is the samples and jerky swag??? When they show off the medium box on tiktok live, IT HAS MORE STUFF IN IT THAN MY LARGE BOX DID. So how are they getting away with this? Well, pay close attention to their website, First go to the subscription page and read the small, medium, and large descriptions. Small 3-5 Medium 5-8 Large 8-15 items, right? WRONG now go to the FAQ Small 2-4 Medium 4-5 Large 5-8. HMM that's weird right. Total scumbag move. ALSO if you "win" a free bag on the tiktok live, dont get to excited, you wont get it. Stay away.

Don’t fall for Archer’s presentations on his platforms. He is a complete scam artist that needs to have his so called business shut down. I filled a report with BBB of Tennessee as well in hopes to lesson potential victims. My next step is to contact the suppliers he uses to let them know that their products/business is most likely being bashed because of Archer’s actions. He took over roughly $500 from my account even after I canceled because I wasn’t receiving the subscription boxes as paid for and the few boxes I did receive had maybe $10 worth of jerky in em. Prepaid for 6 months and got charged for 2 6 month subscriptions.

He won’t respond to inquiries about shipping, subscriptions, etc. He blocks people on his platforms who mention any of the fraudulent activities. He is a coward and takes advantage of people who do/did support his company all to have him steal your money in return.

Stay away never received product and will not issue refund

Emailed several times to get a shipping estimate. Never answered. When it finally came it was very underwhelming with 4 - 2 oz bags and 2 beef sticks. Emailed main and support to cancel membership. Never got an answer. Finally got a message on TikTok asking for my name but still no cancelation.

just like the other reviews they suck , i get nothing and they charge me , i complain and get nothing but more charges STAY AWAY this is a SCAM.

Based on many positive reviews on social media and “CluelessBushcraft”‘s rave reviews from TikTok, March 28th I ordered the small box, 3 month subscription for a good friend. One of the few times I could afford to do something cool for him.

April 17th I emailed asking when it will ship.

April 18th I was told “Ships tomorrow!”

May 2nd I received a shipping notification.

Tracked it for weeks. For some reason it got to Canada (where I live) then was sent back to them. I wrote very polite emails (at first) with no replies. Joined a tiktok live on May 29th and asked about it (several times) and I was muted then blocked.

I wrote more emails and was told on May 30th “ Hey there once we get the package back we can refund!” That’s verbatim, no greeting, no apology, no “sorry for the inconvenience”, no explanation - nothing.

Not sure why he can’t just refund my money. They have the tracking info and can clearly see everything. My friend never received anything, we’ve never touched the package, and neither my friend or I sent it back.

Roughly $165.00 CAD for 3 small boxes of jerky (including shipping.) Zero product received and no refund yet. Horrible “company”, absent customer service, and zero accountability. There is nothing even remotely professional about this company.

I guess unless you’re an “influencer” or paid sponsor/partner, you don’t matter - take the money and run attitude.

Potential new customers should just run before buying.

Pre paid for medium box three month subscription and that went without any issues. Then upgraded to pre paid three month large box subscription. After many exchanges thru chat on Tik Tok (and emails that never get replied to) and being promised over and over again that my large box would be shipped, I've lost faith and am done with expecting to see that Archer will ever fulfill what I've paid for.
I've turned this over to my credit card company for assistance and resolution since Archer doesn't provide refunds, nor ships as promised. Very disappointed that I've been misled for an entire month and having to resort to initiating a charge back.
Bottom line: I got jerked around by Dollar Jerky Club and it wasn't with a happy ending.

Dollar Jerky in my opinion is a fraudulent company. They took my money and never sent me the product after I had already paid. When I texted “Archer” the owner, asking about my order I never received, he blocked me. He sponsors Jose Rodriguez on TikTok so I asked him about what I should do. He refused to help me and several others there asking about not getting their order as well. So what are we to do now? I will NEVER order ANYTHING from “Dollar Jerk Me” EVER AGAIN. PLUS, I’m going to do everything in my power to spread the word to everyone to keep this from happening to others. And my lawyer is filing fraudulent charges against them to get my money back plus some.

You get a lot of junk jerky, nothing about it is $1 no matter how you cut the math. It took me almost 4 months to actually cancel and I had to tell my bank to not allow the charges. This guy is a scam and needs to never get another penny from anyone

Not surprised to see others with the same problem. His is misleading about the amount of product that’s sent. There is no large box. Med and “large” are the same box. He won’t respond. He mutes lives. I have screenshots of all of it. Archer is a True scammer.
