We had a very upsetting experience at this shop on Green Street. My daughter was trying on a bridal dress downstairs — it was just us (her parents), my daughter, and the assistant. As my daughter came out of the changing room, an elderly man began coming down the stairs with a walking stick. I asked him to stop, but he stood on the stairs and stared directly at my daughter.

My daughter, who wears a hijab, was extremely uncomfortable and distressed. She quickly went back into the changing room feeling shocked and sick. We left immediately.

When I returned to confront the man, instead of apologizing, he became defensive and made an excuse about “looking for his son,” even though there was no one else downstairs and the lights were off. He was elderly and clearly struggling with the stairs — so it made no sense why he would come down instead of calling out for assistance. It was so shocking and inappropriate.

I am deeply concerned about how this was handled and feel that others should be aware of our experience especially since it had a profound effect on my daughter

Been trying to contact them to return an outfit since August but I get no response at all. Ive tried the online form, email and WhatsApp. You can see that the messages have been read on WhatsApp but they dont respond.

The shalwar kameez that I ordered arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. The quality and style is so lovely and I can’t wait to wear it soon for a special occasion.

I still haven’t received my order I’ve tried contacting the company several times via email etc and instagram and they haven’t responded. Please can you refund me as soon as possible. Thank you

If I could give no stars I would . Nothing delivered even after a week . No response to communication via email and no contact phone number - please avoid this fraudulent company that is unprofessional .

Garment came exact as described and as photo on website. Good quality material, true to size and really comfortable. Shipping was quick too. Will definitely order from this website again. Very convenient as needed last minute lilac outfit for a wedding!

They are always reliable with their bridal outfits

I previously gave a 1 star due to wrong order and unable to contact anyone.
Went to the shop and spoke to the manager. He was very accomodating and explained that the web site is just started and they need to update the contact details.
He was very generous and helpful.

I ordered an outfit online, paid extra for next day delivery but it wasn't even posted out until 8 days later! Completely missed the event I needed it for and I wasn't home when it was delivered so having to arrange a redelivery. There's no way of contacting them, no numbers that work and WhatsApp is out of action. All in all, a bad experience and I won't be buying online again. I want my extra charge back.

The outfit is beautiful and at a reasonable price the only reason why I didn’t give it 5* is down to the sizing as it’s a little bigger than expected on me and not as fitted.
The owner of the business was fantastic. He was professional but went over and beyond by delivering it in person as the original outfit I wanted wasn’t in stock.

Communication was first class, so when my first choice of garment was out of stock, I was informed and given other choices with a video link. I was able to clarify things and I was then able to make another choice. The service was fast and efficient and the garment is lovely and good value. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again and recommending others to this company.

Good website, very quick response and prompt delivery. The items I bought were as described and I would use Dolionline again.

Disappointing first order.

Website easy to use, although more information about outfit would be helpful. Ordered 5 different outfits of same size according to their size chart. Order processed and email confirmation received. Next day received an email stating refund was being given for 2 outfit with no reason given. I had not requested this.

Found a mobile number to call after searching the website. Took a few attempts before they answered. I asked about the email/refund and was informed they had tried to call me day before to tell me the outfits ordered were out of stock in requested size but website had not been updated. Gentleman said he left a message day before on no my mobile but nothing was received!

3 other outfits arrived in good time packaged well and as in images. Although designs were nice, sizing was inaccurate. One outfit was labelled L but clearly actually a S/XS as confirmed by the measurements. Another was disproportionately shaped for according to their size chart.

As with most Asian clothing, labels do not match the actual sizes stated. Appreciate individuals vary proportionally and type of material of outfit gives different fittings. I have found from experience Asian clothing manufacturers often do not always take this into account nor the design.

No invoice in parcel. Took a couple of days attempts of phoning before a gentleman picked up! Only 1/5 original outfits ordered was kept. Returned 2 outfits at own expense 1st class recorded to ensure signature. This cost more than what they paid for delivery!

Will stick to purchasing from actual retail outlets for fitting purposes.

I received my order with no invoice in. I have been trying to get in touch via E-mail and have phoned several times leaving message to contact me as I would like to return the item and get a refund. How can I send with no Address etc?
I'm getting replies from nobody absoulety awful customer service. The company is happy to take your money but afterwards don't respond to your calls.

Good dresses on website and arrived in time. Dresses look just like picture and I like the cotton/ linen material.

Dress arrived fairly quickly. The fabric is quite thin but the embroidery weights it a bit and is absolutely gorgeous. It fits very nicely and looks lovely so I am very very happy. Thank you
