Dolci = deliciously easy to Ireland
Dolci make possible the easy, good value buying from italy & then delivered to ireland, of my favourite panettone to enjoy at home & gift each Christmas. Its hard to ration myself to a small slice with a good coffee each day though 😬 (need a bigger order & a bigger larder!).

Wrong product & Terrible Service
I placed an order for one of your products in the Dolce & Gabanna collab and the tin was different to the one advertised on your site. Service team told me the tin is selected based on stock. The website is incredibly misleading as it shows the orange tin in an image next to the full selection and nowhere does it indicate that the tin provided is selected based on stock availability. The service team did not care to assist.
Update response: since I cannot comment on your response I will load it here. I mentioned that the service was terrible because in our exchange there was no attempt to try rectify the situation. Your website displays a solo image of the wrong tin and that is misleading and false advertising. It is not listed anywhere that what you receive is based on what is in stock so to advertise one product but receive another to me, is wrong. You may believe that it’s right and fine but I don’t. I feel I have wasted € on this item. A return was never mentioned in the email exchange, only now that I have done a review. In my opinion, I don’t believe this is great customer service hence my review. You are welcome to feel otherwise and I am entitled to feel how I do.

We don't know why you write "terrible service", what did you expect from us? do you want to return the product? If you want we can do it there are no problems.
