I ordered a top back in May it’s now August and I have reached out to get a refund and they keep saying they are checking on order .I will never buy anything from this place again.Please don’t order from here I wish I had read the reviews first .They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise they don’t deliver

I don't normally do reviews but if I could give this company a ZERO I would! I did not received a confirmation, tracking number or any details of the order going through, except a bank transaction that was taken twice. The product arrived over 4 weeks after it should have been received, with their customer service an absolute disgrace and also liars to my bank to get the already refunded money back into their account, after I reported it. The product when finally received was NOTHING like described, in colour, style and quality. Do not buy from Dolce Lino!

SCAM BE AWARE
I ordered boots that were advertised as luxurious and what arrived were cheap and nasty and 4 sizes smaller. I had purchased because the address said NSW and I am in Australia. I asked to return my shoes and they then tell you to return to China which is nearly the cost of the shoes.

Total scammers. What I did receive was nothing like the picture and poor quality. Shoes just never arrived and customer service just kept blowing me off saying they were looking into it.

Dolce De Lino is a scam.
On the website it looks like the address is in Chatswood NSW, but its all shipped from China. My dress arrived with no tag. I was told to ship it for a refund at my own expense - would be to china - and would cost nearly $40.

What a shame i didnt read these other reviews first. avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered a hoodie titled luxurious and premium but received a cheaply made and disappointing product. The shipping took 4 weeks and an extreme scam.

IT IS A SCAM

I recently purchased a dress off this website for my baby shower - received tracking and noticed the dress was coming from China - on the website is states they are based in NSW
After a few weeks of waiting, I emailed them requesting updated tracking and asked why was my order coming from China, they replied stating they send the order from the closest distribution centre... Im from Australia.

I then recieved my 'dress'... it was a completely different dress, colour, material, design and size was incorrect.

I contacted there customer service to report faulty item. They requested for me to send the item back to china at my cost and will assess.
They will not cover the cost of return shipping, or admit fault.

Nothing has been actioned or followed up since my last email.

DANGER BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Purchased something off their website. No confirmation, no email, no phone calls.
Zero communication.
I have reported this to my credit card company.

Still waiting after 4 weeks for product. No return email, phone number doesn't work. I can only presume this is nothing more than a scam. Do not use this website.
