Very pleased with my brand new Dolan GXT bike. I had very specific requirements for the bike and the team went out of their way to make sure my new bike was just as I would wish. They customised it for me, placed trekking bars and the appropriate gear shifters and brakes. They made sure the bike was the correct size for my height and riding style.
I would strongly recommend the Dolan product and team.

Absolutely top class.
First contact by phone call, during which I was able to go through the entire spec item by item to be confident I had chosen the correct ones.
Bike was dispatched exactly when stated at the time of order.
163 Strava achievements on my first ride seems pretty conclusive...!

Staff always a pleasure to deal with, bike delivered as promised on time complete with little tweeks that I had requested on top of the options offered. Great looking bike, only had this for 3 weeks but very comfortable and a delight to ride.

Dolan Ares Shimano 105 Di2

This is my first Di2 bike and my god it’s seriously quick, gear change is fast but this rolls so well (PRs on Strava with a knee injury). It’s a stunning bike to look at, I’ve had a few people look at me a bit strange when I said I’ve bought a Dolan as they’d not heard of the brand. Once they saw the bike, they were converted immediately. High quality product, great customer service and a very happy customer.

I would highly recommend Dolan bikes if you’re looking for a quality bike but have a limited budget (although you can spec these up to meet any other high end bikes). I was being messed around with delivery dates by Giant, I had the new propel on order, I’m glad I changed to Dolan as they were bang on with their delivery dates.

I recently purchased a Dolan Ares.The service from the Dolan team has been excellent - the response to emails and calls has been really quick and helpful. The bike is excellent to.

I bought a new Tuono in in July 2022 with a delivery promised within 4 weeks of the order which was achieved well within that timescale. Great service, friendly, helpful & informative staff.

Last week i took delivery of my second Dolan bike a Shimarno 105 build GXA, i was looking for a replacement for my tired old winter bike and the capability of some light gravel use. Ordering was really easy and it’s great to be able to get a XXL frame size (at last a bike that really fits). i was quoted 30 days lead time and Dolan were spot on, i had a problem as the delivery date dropped during my holiday but a phone call to Dolan and they couldn’t be more helpful they held the bike for me and shipped on the day of my return.
The bike is everything i hoped and while i wasn’t expecting a gravel bike to be fast this one is excellent on club rides and i’m certainly not getting left behind it may become my main bike.

I wanted a ‘winter bike’ with good brakes and the ability to smooth out rough roads. Previous DOLAN purchases have been great so why go anywhere else? I went with the DOLAN ADX Disk Titanium frame. I’ve used it (in so called summer). A 100 mile ride through lanes decidedly in need of repair in place was a good test and it (and me) passed with flying colours. Very comfortable, good handling and it looks amazing. The service from DOLAN was excellent as usual.

I was in the market for a new bike this spring primarily to set up ready for next winter. I had looked at Dolan some time ago and was inpressed with the style and reports i had heard from others. At the end of April I chose my Dolan Ares Disc bike and placed the order and was given a 30 working day lead time. The guys at Dolan were extremely helpful and the order process was painless.
Sure ernough exactly on time my new bike arrived perfectly packed and all I needed to do was fit the front wheel and seat post. No hastle at all and a couple of freebies in the box as well.
The ride is super comfortable and with no cables on show it really looks well.
I couldn't recommend Dolan more for quality and service.

The first bike I ordered on the Internet is a Dolan pre cursa. The dolan team helped me with everything and I had a real nice experience! It's hard to find nice people and good service. The Dolan-Team is all that!!! Great people, very nice, friendly and good customer service! Go get your bike here!!!

Just bought my 2nd Dolan Bike. Great bike again, great comms and delivery when promised. Overall very good service.

After weeks of searching for an 'off the peg' bike and not really finding what I was looking for, I decided to take a look at Dolan. The ability to choose/upgrade almost all aspects of the bike (including paint spec) was great and very easy to do, the website functionality is superb. Before ordering I had a few questions which were dealt with by Sam mainly, he was great, nothing was too much trouble . I opted for the Tuono Disc Carbon Road, I was advised 30 day build (even with custom paint job) it was ready in 29, it is without doubt the best bike I have ever had, the ride is fantastic and it looks amazing, my advice, don't look anywhere else.

After being let down time and time again by another brand. I took a look at Dolan bikes and was amazed by the great choice and reasonable prices for the spec. After finally deciding on which bike and personalising it to my size and choice of spec (stem, handlebar, saddle, wheels and more)my order was placed and was given a 30 working day delivery time.
The bike turned up 14 days after ordering and was packaged brilliantly and very easy to put together (there is even a YouTube video talking you through every step).
The bike looks and rides great and I'm looking forward to riding it in Mallorca next week.
If you are thinking about ordering from Dolan, DO IT.

I spent a long time looking for a single-speed bike for commuting to work and nipping to the shops and in the end opted for the Dolan FXE (mainly based on a recommendation from my local bike shop). It's turned out to be a brilliant decision.

John was great with communication, from answering the questions I had before buying to following up and checking I was happy with everything after receiving the bike.

The bike itself is a dream to ride and looks even better in real life than on the computer screen.

I highly recommend going with Dolan!

Ordered Tuono from Dolan bike on 10th Dec got it on 26 Jan,thought that was great, taking into consideration covid supply problems and Xmas period. Have waited to give a review until I'd done agood few miles. Bike was everything I'd wished for, comfortable and handles great. I went for the standard metallic Gentian Blue/Silver which looks way better than it looks online.
Build quality is really good, can't fault it in any way.
Dolan where great to deal with loads of advice and good communication. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely great service from Dolan. Ordered a Tuono in January and they gave a very accurate despatch date, arriving at the end of March.

John was so helpful throughout the whole process, even allowing me to change specs whilst the build was ongoing. I got a call when the build was finished and bike despatched.
