I was dubious using this site you never know if it’s scam. I can assure you it’s definitely not my experience has been super I get WhatsApp updates and help. My bag arrived and it’s beyond my expectations the quality is unreal it’s fabulous I’m delighted with my purchase and experience and will definitely buy more bags. Highly recommend 🙌🙌🙌

They are in china i ordered some things and one was not the right dimensions that were on the site The only payment they would accept was Wise so i used. My credit card to fund it thinking it would give me some protection but it didn’t. i was given details to return it and promised a refund of the bag and postage costs to return to china from the UK i posted it through Royal Mail international tracked and signed for on 13 October. It has been sitting in Shenzen customs since 23 October,waiting for the recipient to provide some paperwork which she obviously hasn’t as it is still there.. when I contact her im told to wait.
Ive read that some Chinese sellers don’t bother to pick up the parcel from customs so they don’t have to refund you I reported to Action fraud, got a crime no and telephoned wise They said they would escalare it to try and get my money back

the bag was more than 1 cm smaller I did return the bag tracked and signed for It was held at chinese customs and i have no idea where it is now. I did not request another bag They are advertising bags with wrong dimensions I was only able to get my refund after Wise got involved

The bag is 1:1 top quality ,the size state is 22cm ,the customer state measure it is 21cm ,have 1 cm size difference .we expelain that this is normal 1-2cm size difference as the differnet measure tools and other Human Error ,we state if customer can not accept it ,we can accept the return and refund ,but the customer insist it is our mistake and do not return the bag but need a new free bag ,we do not resend a new free bag for her ,but 100% refund the bag price ,that customer keep our bag and do not return it back also ,this is the fact ,
