They are a pirate website that in my case provides a pdf of my book without my consent.

Downloading books on this site is illegal.
As an author I suffer a lot of damage from these piraten.
Users on this site are damaging the writing community and causing harm to society.
Many writers see their work being more illegaly downloaded than sold.

As a user, I am very happy to get free books, but as an author I would be very upset with this site. Yeah, I am sure it collects tons of data about you in order to provide what they do for no cost, but for some, access to valuable knowledge offered in very expensive books that some cannot afford is something I am sort of on the fence about. Of course, I know everyone needs to make money somehow, so I truly do feel for the authors in this situation, but I am one of the poor guys that cannot afford every book I'd like to read. One day when I am rich, I will pay back every author I ever downloaded ten fold.

I've downloaded two Elsev. books - valued in >£200 - in excellent quality. They are full versions, took a few minutes of waiting but OH so worth it!!

very happy to get paid book for free. not a robot mind you. they redirect u to a third party website to download and you have to wait but at the end of the day I got my book.

How are they making money? I guess they sell your login details to spam websites.

It was the only website where I could get this one particular UX Design book I wanted to read, at first it looked sketchy because it redirected me to another site once I clicked on it. Just close that tab and go back to the previous one.

Do not click on "Download Original PDF" the layout of the book is a mess. Download the converted one which would take 2-3 minutes to download. Then, voila!

Saved me $24.

It's legit! The website looks a bit sketchy at first, especially because you have to wait a while for the pdf to download, but I got the exact textbook I needed. They probably sell your data, but so does everyone else, and I didn't get any viruses that I know of.

i use this to yoink pdfs of dnd official books because im not paying wizards of the coast 60 dollars for a book they didnt write. the neg reviews are from sycophants who dont like not paying for things because they dont realise the actual authors get pennies while the millionaire publishers rake in money. might steal ur data you but literally everyone including this website do

No virus but doesn't give me exactly what I want

I've had a huge doubt about the site at first but it's legit, I'm not a robot trust me I'm not paid or rewarded to write a good review. This is honestly not as sketchy as it seems but beware don't allow the website to get ahold of any of your information otherwise you just gotta get scams and spam calls and/or emails. I needed to get a book for one of my College IT courses and books are expensive for some reason so I tried my luck and bam it was the right book and I saved a good chunk from my wallet taking a hit. Go ahead and take a chance but don't expect everything to be on the site and of course, you will get exactly what you need if it's available on the site. Take it from me, I'm just a college student trying to save money like everyone else.

Watch out. This site is a scam and worse. Polish website horrible copyright infringement. You will get drawn in and face potentially huge financial penalties. Also beware of his downloads. A week after, identify theft occurs. Malware suddenly appears. BE CAREFUL

It is a sketchy looking site but the quality of the pdfs are great, and it takes a couple of minutes to be available download. By the time you make a cup of tea/coffee and come back your pdf will be ready to be opened and looked at.

I had to two buy textbooks for a class that would've cost all the money I had for the month, and found them both on here. The site is hella sketchy, including the long time it takes to get the download ready, but it does what it says it does.
