No Reliability
As a customer, I have to say that Doktorabc’s customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. They advertise that delivery takes place within 24 to 48 hours. I placed my order on May 12 and am still waiting for a specific delivery date. This is already the third order in a row where delivery has taken a week or longer. Their advertising doesn’t match reality, It takes a week or longer and the Customer Service response is mute. Service was excellent at the beginning.

The only problem I had was that they want to send my Rezept directly to Pharmacy and when i tried to to enter my home town the app couldn't find any pharmacies around.... So i basically lost my money because of that ... It would be much easier if they send the Rezept to your home address ..... If i knew that at the beginning i would never use this service.... I am not in the business of loosing money.
