I'm not rating the company
I'm not rating the company, I'm rating how they responded to an email... I've not used the service so this is not a rating on the app. I got a quick answer to the straightforward question: where can I get the blood tests done. I couldn't find the map on the website, not sure if it's there but I was sent a link to it.
test cancelled on arrival
Sadly, I feel that the blood testing set up has let me down before we even started. I expected a more polished approach as the testing is completed by large company Randox. Appointments appear to be weekday's only and there are too few sites, so be prepared to travel.
My appointment was cancelled after I arrived, having travelled miles and at cost to park, congestion charges etc. They have no back up plan for staff sickness.
My expenses were refunded on the spot and I was asked if I wanted to rebook using the app or to refund the entire plan if I was unhappy. The lady I spoke to was nice but it all seemed pretty amateur and I got the impression this is too often the case. All in all a complete waste of time as I had to take time off work.
Now await a written response on email to request for full refund.
The app seemed ok.

Initial blood test.
Booking the initial blood test was very difficult with nothing available. I’m hoping it’s easier to book the follow-up.
Potentially fantastic with a significant flaw
So great in so many ways, blood test really informative, weekly plan that moulds to your personal needs and constraints so helpful. Let down by a potentially fantastic AI “Joy” sadly Joy freezes very often, and doesn’t answer - or sometimes types out its thinking, or once 1000s of words of rubbish which I couldn’t then delete - all this is frustrating and spoils a potentially fantastic system
Early days yet but blood appointment…
Early days yet but blood appointment took a month to book although results available a few days later. Blown away by the InDepth markers tested in order to Help me optimise my Heath. Wish it had been available decades ago but better late than never. Excited to see how I can take control Of some aspects of my health I would otherwise have no knowledge of .
I’ve been given a clear understanding…
I’ve been given a clear understanding of my health and actions to help me be accountable for change
I’m hopeful it’ll get better when I finally get my results
I’m hopeful it’ll get better once I get my test results but I’ve been waiting over a week and not heard anything, and there’s nobody to contact for support because the whole thing is AI.
I booked my blood test in Colchester and the clinic postcode led me down a bus lane so to avoid I had to park a mile away, only to find out the clinic has a car park and have asked Do Health to provide the post code to clients rather than the clinic postcode. Again, as it’s all AI this simple thing hasn’t been resolved.
Let’s see whether the tests and AI coaching can improve the experience.

Blood testing
Blood testing - making appointment and test itself was very simple and staff very friendly. Results- low B12 told to eat more oily fish and leafy greens. Which I already eat? What about a supplement?
The right steps through this year to improve my health.
To have my health checks through this year will help me take the right steps to improve when needed, this is really helpful and important information for me.
Easy to do
Easy to do
App easy to follow
Extensive testing in one place with dive in information above each biomarker and a plan to help one try to improve any numbers that are sagging behind.

Easy & quick to get blood test and results. Comprehensive report showing areas to improve. Plan could be better personalised.
Do Health is a brilliant way to take…control of your health.
Do Health is a brilliant way to take back one’s health and knowing you have help at the end of an email is brilliant.
I have shared my code with a friend that I believe will use it Dr Chatterjee is my favourite podcast and I think he is doing so much for healthcare in UK!

It has so far been quite insightful and given me some things to focus on. It’s reassuring when results are good and motivating when there are areas for improvement.
Blood test availablity was excellent…
Blood test availablity was excellent but none available in my area. Results were back very quickly and the app explains everything well. Love that you can download a pdf of the result. Have only used the ai bot once to ask about preparing for blood test. Will need to play with it a bit more to see how useful it is. Not totally convinced by weekly suggestions Mays struggle to keep up with some and then I assume they change each week. I would often to a full blood test each year which costs menthe same a the 3 offered by do health so good value although the follow up test are not as extensive as the initial one so I'm not sure what's included.
Fast blood results
Really easy to access. Results obtained quickly with great explanation! Would totally recommend!!

Peace of mind
I wanted to know more about my state of health. I'm 70 so it matters to me. I was reassured by my results & encouraged to try and improve it still further. I trust Do Health.
Cut through the ‘health noise’ and know for sure
Fast efficient bloods taken at nearby clinic. Detailed analysis of results back within a couple of days.
Practical steps that are simple to incorporate.
Would recommend this service and app, for those finding it difficult to navigate through all the ‘health noise’ particularly aimed at middle aged women - which can often be contradictory, leaving us feeling confused and overwhelmed.
Great experience. Very happy with DoHealth
Great experience. Blood test process easy and results are clear and out my mind at ease. I look forward to seeing the results over the course of the year. I would recommend and I would purchase again.
