Fantastic customer service! Our fence was installed just 4 days after our first call out to DogWatch, and the fears of our dogs being the hellions of the neighborhood are OVER! Ed helped us with the training of our dogs and was very responsive for follow-up. Our Australian Shepherds are calmer and happier now that they have the run of the whole yard frequently through out the day. Thank you so much Ed for restoring the peace in our home!!!

This has been a great product and solution for us with two dogs on acreage. Ed's service has been fast, friendly, reliable, and super helpful. We would definitely recommend DogWatch of Montana!! This hidden fence has been working for us for 2 1/2 years now, and we recently cut a wire while digging a hole for a new tree. Ed was quick to respond and we were back with a working fence in no time!

Our oldest dog's experience has been challenging. She is having a hard time getting used to it and is mostly just terrified of the whole yard. She gets more comfortable, but then when she gets shocked at the boundary she converts back to being scared in the entire yard. I'm not sure she has really put together the boundary idea as she never wanders into the yard unaccompanied anymore and only comes with me with a lot of prompting. She's slowly improving and I'm hoping with more time she will begin to connect the shock with the boundary without reverting back to fear of the entire yard.

I'm looking forward to our youngest dog getting old enough for it and I expect it will go easier.

I had a very positive and easy experience working with DogWatch of Montana. All employees were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me on a financing plan.

The reason I give DogWatch of Montana 4 out of 5 stars is only because it is not completely full-proof like a physical fence would be for your dog. Despite that, for the price of my invisible fence I am very happy with it. The quotes for physical fences I received were between $5000-$6000. So, I would say that this fence works for my dog 95% of the time and I am satisfied with that considering the amount of money I spent on my DogWatch of Montana invisible fence.

It has been a little over a month ago that we had our DogWatch electronic fence installed. Our 2 dogs are doing awesome. They very much respect the boundaries and have very little to no correction any longer - even when the neighbors are out walking their dogs!!
We completed the training with our dogs as we were instructed to do and it makes all the difference.
If you are on the "fence" about installing an electronic dog fence, I would highly recommend it. Our dogs now have a freedom that they did not have before.

I contacted Ed about our existing fence, which wasn't working. He explained everything thoroughly to me, found the break and fixed it. I will definately be calling him to install his system once the weather is better. It is far superior, with much larger wire and collars that last 2 years. I could not be more happy with his professional service. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area needing to keep their dog safe. Thank you!!

After having problems for several months with previous invisible fences who failed to respond to my calls, I found Dog Watch of Montana on the internet.
Dog Watch of Montana answered my call, set up an appointment and arrived on time. They repaired poor workmanship at two invisible fence locations and presented my two German-Shorthairs with new collars and 3-year batteries.
We could not have been more pleased with Dog Watch of Montana and the response of their efficient personnel.

Ed Johnson is a great guy and knows what he's doing. He's very good at balancing the concerns of the owner and what's best for their dog. He's also very responsive and available when you need him. I highly recommend this company.

One thing I forgot to mention in my last review...

When Dogwatch came to repair our boundary due to a break, they allowed me to watch and learn how to repair it. They left me some extra wire and other supplies. This was going above and beyond for the customer, especially since they are located so far away from where I live.
