My shopping experience on dogstag.ie has been great. The website was easy to navigate and purchasing process took minutes. The quality of the dog tag was excellent, strong stainless steel, perfect size not too big not too small. The tag was for my Collie 7 month old extremely active puppy had has been withstanding many environments and looks new. I've already had several comments of people admiring it. I'd recommend dogstag.ie.

I've ordered several tags for our active terrier dog and i have no complaints on the quality of the tags themselves which are of good quality. However the split rings seems to fail eventually which means a lost tag. I don't believe the rings are of poor quality themselves, but our dog is very active and likes to dig relentlessly, swim and chase anything that moves so this is likely to put a strain on any ring.

Tag was made of cheap aluminium, text barely readable.

Ordered a tag which never showed up. They offered a voucher after about 3 weeks though I'd have preferred a refund as I had already had to buy another tag. Bought some poo bags for the sake of using the voucher and they never showed up either. Waste of time.

Ordered tags for my 3 dogs, they arrived promptly and the packaging was very thoughtful. The tags are high quality and the letter/numbers are very readable. Would highly recommend!

The dogtags are really good quality. I love that you can choose different fonts and they arrived really fast.

Despite having an Irish web domain the products are not made in Ireland. It shipped quickly but came from Switzerland in untracked post. Waited over 3 weeks for it to arrive and then it was pretty cheap quality. Would not have ordered had I known. I gave a bad review to them directly but it appears they only publish their positive reviews on their site.

I ordered a new dog tag on the Sunday received it the Wednesday both sides of the tag was printed on

The product is excellent so let me get that straight first however it took 15 days to arrive in which time my dog had no I.D.

As the domain of the website is Irish but the address is Florida...this is either a reordering service or something else but it's by no means an Irish company so be aware of the delivery times when ordering from the EU

The customer service does take a while to get back to you but usually it's within the same day.

If I had foresight then and I wasn't so busy I would have made sure the product is coming from Ireland. It's nowhere near the 5-7 business days they stated

Ordered and never arrived. Waited until 3 days after the 5-7 working days. Zero response to contact forms or email.

I ordered the heart shaped tag in a gold coloured finish for our golden Labrador and it is perfect. The tag is sturdy and looks gorgeous on her. I was concerned that it might annoy her but it didn't at all. The service was really straightforward to use, the tag was excellent value for money and the delivery was within the stated time

Delighted with the dog tag, looks really good, the engraving is done very nicely & presented in a lovely little bag. Was worried that the delivery was taking longer than stated but the customer service were excellent engaged throughout. My order came slightly later than expected but it is a really good product, would definitely recommend.

The customer service got straight back to me - the tags were taking a while, but I realised they were coming from outside Ireland. Very happy with the service and the dog tags.

everything pefect

I wanted to add my phonen umber on the nametag but there are two digits missing. No warning during the order process that the text was too long or that it wouldn't fit. Now my dog has a nametag with a phone number that is missing two digits. Useless. Really disappointing.

This is a scam website. Purports to be an Irish website and that you will receive items in a matter of days - it is actually based in Switzerland and your products will not arrive!
